We were there briefly - we had to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo. The location was great. The place is surrounded by a lot of good cafes, shops, and eateries. Good value for money! The staff was super supportive. We accidentally left a bag outside the hotel after checking out. The hotel staff made sure that our bag was safe.

Breakfast closes too early, but the staff extended the time after we requested it. It was a bit pricey for a budget hotel, but the location, the service, and the overall experience pretty much made up for it!

Hotel was great. Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A few blocks from the metro just a short walk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Clean room. We had a family room, two kids and two adults. The room was quite small, but adequate for a weekend stay. The price was good. Very good price/quality ratio, considering how expensive hotels are in London.

Coffee was pretty bad (instant coffee). Other than that, really nothing to complain about, considering the price we paid, compared to other options in London.

The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly, Good wifi, very close to supermarkets and subway, You could bring food to the tables inside the hotel. It wasn't noisy (depends on the room though) Very good value for money, our 17 years daughter was sleeping free of charge.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Each day the exact same food: boiled beans, bacon, omlet and sausages. The bacon was a bit on the salty side. This is fine if eat once, but for 5 days. There were some crosaints, bread and some not that good cereals.... But no vegetables. Only bananas and apples as fruits. The juice was not fresh and in the machine the staff was putting ice. Breakfast was very busy. Hard to find a table, especially for 3 persons. I give 9/10 because of breakfast,

Convenient location, up to date rooms, clean. Friendly and helpful staff and really liked the fact extra coffee/tea/ milk was downstairs to help ourselves to if we ran out

We found the kettle in the bathroom. When the person I was with went to make a coffee he looked inside to find bright blue liquid. After smelling it, it was clear the kettle had been left in the bathroom with descaler left in there. Luckily we checked before boiling the kettle and we didn’t have any young children with us as this could have been dangerous. We told housekeeping who apologised and cleaned the kettle out for us.

Staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. The girl at check-in was great.. Had requested an earlier check-in as I was travelling with a child with autism. She was so accomadating. Breakfast was lovely staff were great accomadated my ceoliac diet. Good variety of foods available. My kids loved that they could have access to hot chocolate throughout the day free of charge. The room was very clean. Proximity to underground tube station approx 5 mins with great access to central London.

A little noisy at night from the constant trains passing but this didn't take from overall experience

We flew from Perth Australia and arrived in London (21 hours of flight time alone). Train to Hammersmith and we were exhausted as we walked to the hotel. Greeted at the front door and were very happy. Ground floor room with adjoining rooms was greatly appreciated. The room was all set up when we arrived. It was very clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Plenty of scambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Plenty of breads and all other bits. Coffee machine and the hot chocolates that is produced was a huge hit with the with children. Shops everywhere which was also great.

We only stayed the one night. We were a family of 2 adults and 5 children. We had 4 and 3 people over 2 rooms. The rooms were tight and did not have alot of space. As we said, this was perfect for the 1 night. If it was just 2 people staying in 1 room, this would have been perfect location to stay for an number of days...

Great location, a few minutes away from the Hammersmith underground and surrounded by multiple restaurants, pound shops and a shopping centre with a supermarket within 5 minutes. Good breakfast with croissants, bread, coffee, juice, apples & bananas and traditional English breakfast (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and beans). Spacious room and comfortable beds

There are two elevators in the hotel and one of them was broken the whole time we were there (it can get pretty busy at peak times, especially in the morning from 8-12) The coffee from the coffee machine could taste better (probably a matter of adjusting the machine) It would be great to have at least one option of cheese as well.

Good sized, well-maintained room. Friendly staff. Good location, well lit and secure setting.

Wider selection of choice would have been nice for breakfast. Separate, warm plates for the hot breakfast would have been best; the food cooled down very quickly on the cold plate. As a lone traveler it was disconcerting to have a door adjoining another room, although it was secure. Not much noise reduction between the rooms.

Everything was perfect from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The staff allowed us to have breakfast when we arrived early in the morning. We left our luggage and left after breakfast and when we came back at 1.30pm, we were allowed early check-in. This really made our day, especially after arriving from the other side of the globe. The stay itself was marvelous. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and sufficient, and the location is perfect. I have to thank all the staff; they have been very helpful and kind. Highly recommended place to stay.

I like the easy accessibility to the tubes , shopping areas and airport . Perfect location and that it was hidden from the street. All your staff was very hospitable and accommodating.

I am an allergy sufferer and the room could use an air purifier because there was a lot of particles floating in the air. The bathroom tiles under the sink is cracked and grout lines in floor tiles is coming out. Carpet needs to be replace with hard floors because it smells. I had to buy air refresher for the room. But besides all this the room was clean.
