We chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest in London center. The location is very nice, with many restaurants and close to Westfield shopping center as well as metro and other public trasport. It takes about 30 mins to get to city center. The room was very clean, it seems the hotel is just after major reconstruction. We stayed for 2 nights, we got clean towels, soap and shower gels for the duration as well as coffee and tea.

The room has no A/C despite the statement at booking website. The reception is not 24/7, but the receptionist was waiting for our arrival. There was no shampoo provided for the stay and the room cleaning service between nights was very basic (only toilet paper was replenished).

Very friendly staff, especially the man I believe was possibly the owner, nothing was too much trouble for him. Room was very clean but could maybe do with a lick of paint.

The room was not as advertised, the room we were in was tiny. A twin room which we requested. 1 bed up against the window, on top of the radiator, no way to turn it off so had to sleep with the window open, making it very noisy. Also could see the mattress through the sheet (I didn't dare look under or I possibly wouldn't have slept) , if I were the owner I'd maybe invest in mattress protectors. Other than the above I cannot complain, it's a lovely little hotel for the money we paid.

A great location with very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The bathroom has a nice shower and there was little to no noise all night. A good night's sleep had by all!

There could have been a bit more communication, for example, on booking it said that breakfast was included, however I discovered that the door was locked and clearly that was not the case. It would have been good to have been informed that on arrival.

Great value for money. The location was perfect for a stay in London, close to tube lines and a bus station. I have stayed in this and the other Comfotel properties before and always have a pleasant stay.

Only issue was the WiFi for the top floor that I was on was provided via a portable wifi box that was just plugged in in my room. This wouldnt have been an issue for me however something went wrong and the box must have stopped working. I didn't notice as I was trying to sleep. However I assume rhe guests in the other room had complained as a member of staff knocked on my door to swap the WiFi box for another one. This is why the box should probably not be in a guests room.

I was dubious after reading online reviews but was immediately put at ease upon arrival. The rooms were clean, it had everything we needed for our wee stay in London, the staff were really helpful and pleasant. Would definitely book again if staying in the area. The rooms were secure and it was nice and warm.

The only issues we had during the stay was a creaky door outside our room that was really noisy but I'm a light sleeper so could be that. Also the hot water only seemed to work at night.

The room was slightly small, but expected for the amount paid. It was seviceable and perfect for my two night stay since I just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. The shower was a nice size, with hot water and had two nice sliding doors. Generally pretty quiet during the night so I slept decently. The location isn't too far from Hammersmith station, about a 10 minute brisk walk.

The wifi was pretty inconsistent during my stay. It would sometimes just randomly turn off which was inconvenient. It felt like it was 50/50 whether I'd come back and it'd be working. The hot water took a fair while to start running, so would recommend you start running it about 10 minutes before you actually want to get in.

The hotel was in the same defect location for us. The room was tidy and comfortable and the staff upon check in where very polite. We didn’t spend much time in our room as had quite a lot planned into our trip but this was ok just for us is freshen up and sleep! We would also use again in future.

The only downside we had was that the bathroom sink and tap could have been cleaner and the carpet going into the carpet had worn so could be a potential trip hazard.

All in general good. The location in zone 2 of London near Hammersmith station although it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the centre. It has the advantage of the price because the price skyrockets in the centre. Next door there is a supermarket just 100 metres away and a corner cafeteria where you can have breakfast. The owners of the hotel treated us very well and allowed us to leave our bags while we waited at the time of the plane.

Sometimes you could hear the rooms next door because the walls are very thin and you can hear everything

The location was good, the price was great and it was very clean and tidy. Very nice, easy, laid ack and straight forward stay with no hassle!

I can't think of anything I disliked. I guess if I had to think of one nitpick then it would have been nice having an option to stay later as I'm a late riser, but I often find this with most hotels anyway, plus I wasn't hounded out at 11 on the dot like some hotels do which is really nice.

Excellent value for the money, comfortable room for our family of 5, quiet, clean and located a 10 minute walk from the Hammersmith metro stop with lots of variety of restaurant and a grocery store right around the corner. A perfect, economical springboard for our London adventures!

Room and bathroom were.a little small but probably large for a European hotel. Could have been more generous with the size of soap, no shampoo/conditioner were given. One double bed was right against the wall so was a little squished for two adults (no room to extend legs beyond the bed).
