Chill staff. They tried their best even though they can't speak good English. Billiard table so I can play with the local lads. Met chill people despite language barrier. Met a 2 pretty girls (one of them was a stayer).

It was slightly far geographically.

Great value budget hotel ,really central lots of good food places near,Sky Train station near, Silom around 20 minutes walk, hotel room was cool clean and comfortable.

There is lift, big comfortable bed, hair dryer, fridge in the room and washing machine that cost 30baht to wash and dry another 20-30 baht. Nearby got 7-11 and some eatery.

The staff could respond to customers query on booking m.com as they did not reply to any of my query. I had to call them over the phone to ask when they did not reply for few days. They also collect 100b deposit for the key access card. I ask for a cup of ice and was charge 5baht. Hope the staff can improve on the customer service experience and i may consider coming back here to stay.

Let me start by saying that I truly felt at home in this Hotel. Stayed 2 weeks and truly enjoyed the stay. I love that it's so close to a main street (even the station) yet so quiet and the lobby is very open. The staff are very friendly (a SPECIAL shoutout to Ms. Naria who went the extra mile and always greeted us with a smile ).There were few other girls who were truly helpful and did a great job too (unfortunately didn't get their names) The guy who stays during the night shift, though didn't speak English, is very polite and pleasant + very helpful too. These things do make a huge difference in the overall experience, especially in longer stays. The cleaning was done regularly and the cleaning staff did a decent job too. Excellent value for what they charge, I'd say. And there are hidden pluses that are not mentioned anywhere. - The hotel has the facilities to wash and dry (we can do it ourselves by using the coins) and also a vending machine + a menu to order from. Stores, ATMs, cafés, etc in walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed this experience and will GLADLY return again. Thanks to the staff for making it an excellent stay. I recommend this hotel as a hidden treasure. Do keep it up!)

I didn't find much to not like. Would definitely suggest that for longer stay guests, the bathroom to be given a deep clean every several days. They did clean and did do a fairly nice job but I'm sure they can fix this minor detail to make it even better. But again it's no issue at all but a suggestion :) There's room to make it even better so - tiny details))

The room was clean and tidy. All the facilities worked as designed to, AC, water heater, lightning and power, fridge and TV. The house keeping service was good. The room was cleaned, towels were changed and bottles of water were given everyday. There is also a laundry service and a parking space within the hotel area.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom because both mounting holes of the bathroom's toilet were exposed. We covered them up with some tissue paper and it vanished off.

Hotel Rooms were very large and had a very comfortable king size bed, large bathroom. AC worked very well in the high temperatures.

The location is a bit tricky on your initial arrival as you have to follow a zig zag alley, and is a bit of a walk to the Skytrain.

The location is convenient, its tucked away in the middle of a main street with easy access to the BTS. The room size was sufficient, staff were very helpful. The room was very clean with fridge, kettle.

No breakfast or food on offer though lots of eateries nearby so that wasnt a problem. The stay was comfortable but basic.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. I could open the window and hear the birds chirping in the morning. Situated in a residential neighborhood with a charming small coffee shop just opposite of the hotel building.

There was some construction work going on, so the common area looked a bit messy and it was considerably noisy. But it seemed like they're almost done with renovations.

The rooms were very big and beds were comfortable. The property is also just a 10-min walk from the nearest BTS station and there are lots of streetfood stalls outside.

The location was a bit hard to find at first, but all in all the location is okay.

The location is just perfect close to the BTS Sky train. On our 1st Night of stay the Air Con in our room was too hot but they came to fix it ASAP, and free parking We will come back here again for sure.

the pillow is too soft and almost flat.
