This property had a striking rooftop pool/indoor bar with incredible views. The rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was very responsive to all of our needs. My partner and I felt very comfortable. Near the train station which was super convenient/easy to utilize. Would 10/10 recommend public transport to get around. Near multiple coffee shops. A quick train ride/20-30 minute walk to Silom which was great.

It seems that if you don’t have priority status you don’t have access to multiple benefits of the hotel including breakfast/access to certain floors of the hotel, breakfast access, and drink benefits at the bar which caused a bit of an odd divide between hotel guests. Generally, I have no concerns/complaints of our stay.

Rooms were modern and spacious. Rooms and Bathroom cleaned daily. We booked a room which had the club amenities which included free drinks and nibbles on the 27th floor. Breakfast was OK. Enough variety and good quality. The swimming pool was excellent for a quick dip after a long day.

We informed the front desk the day before, to arrange for airport transfer as it was an early morning flight. Only to find ourselves without a taxi at 6am on new year's day. There was only 1 very beleaguered staff on duty. Who seemed inept to handle 4 other couples trying to check out and get a taxi to the airport. At one stage, he left the front desk to go to the breakfast room to check on some preordered breakfast box! Which meant we had an excruciating wait to find out if we will be able to get to the airport on time!

Room and washroom amenities were more than adequate. Club floor rooms and the use of the club lounge was very good. The staff at the club lounge was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Lumpini Metro station which makes it very accessible for metro travels. There were some issues in our room and when we told one of the front desk staff the issues were addressed right away. Excellent! Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Enjoyed our breakfasts.

The hotel is picking up after the pandemic and there a some kinks, wear & tear and overlooked adjustments that need to be addressed and tweaked. Once handled it would be just as great as it was before Covid-19 rained upon us.

Very elegant hotel, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and had a great view to the Lumpini park. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom nice and thought-through. Complimentary tolieteries were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of international foods, but especially many Asian dishes, which I personally find really nice. The buffet had everything you could think of, including icecream :) The pool area was nice and quiet. The fitness room is rather small - besides the machines there's place for maybe two people training. Walking distance to metro station and a small mall with many restaurants.

The window between the room and shower, even though covered, was a distraction at night when one person wanted to use the bathroom and the other is sleeping - the light still shines into the room through it. The AC was on even when noone was in the room, so you always come back to a very cooled down room (for me it was too cold, but others may like it).

Can't say enough things about our stay at the Aetas Lumpini hotel. The staff at the front desk was amazing. Extremely professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was exceptional! It was very clean and comfortable. This was the perfect hotel to end our vacation in Thailand. We had drinks by the pool and it was a great way to unwind after a long day of walking around Bangkok. The staff was exceptional and should be commended. Bravo!!!

Absolutely nothing to say.... We were not disappointed in anything.

Location, pool, cleaning.

Late check-in although the stuff said to us that we can use room at 10AM. We arrived from Europe and wanted to lend our luggage, but the receptionist said that we can use our room early. Well … we couldn’t. We had to wait till 2PM, about 4 hours later than was promised to us. So we were waiting and waiting in the lobby and sleeping and it was freezing. So we felt bad about this experience. We also asked for double bed but we get twin (our bad I guess).

Room was nice and clean. Good strong shower. Breakfast was great, all staff very friendly and smiling. Location ok, little street market not far.

No air or fan in powder room. Wife actually got locked in there for 30 minutes until maintenance man came to get her out. Gym and pool open too late. 9am is no good as we wanted to exercise early before we ate. Sauna was a bit unsafe, no supervision.

The room was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was terrific - large enough to actually swim in and at a comfortable temperature. Lots of options at breakfast.

The staff was very professional but a bit impersonal. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the volume of guests for Chinese New Year.

The room was large and comfortable on the 17 floor, overlooking the road and the park, which is located not far from the hotel. on the one hand it is exciting, but on the other hand the noise from the road does not stop

A little bit noisy. sauna was always cold and if you would like to use it you have to go and switch on it before.

The proximity to lumpini park was great, the staff are excellent, the club lounge is nice though it used to be better.

The gym and pool area could do with an upgrade. The business lounge used to have a wide variety of drinks and snacks in the evening compared to what was on offer now.
