I loved the food quality and its availability . The kids club was an amazing facility for our kids and we all truly enjoyed it. The Kids clubs staff were all very friendly and helpful which we really appreciate. The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly however we felt that late check out was not possible without a fee and the fee was quite high for guests who have already spent a week at the hotel and for a short number of hours only. Since flights into Dalaman are limited and at very early late or early hours, it was quite exhausting to stay at the hotel without booking a room for a few extra hours especially with kids that need to sleep ahead of a flight. I'd definitely love to come back again to the hotel soon but I hope hotel management can take our comments into consideration. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience for my whole family :)

There were lots of staff that didn't speak English which wasn't too helpful for us both to understand each other. It was also clear that this language barrier didn't help the staff be very cooperative or friendly to our requests. Also several times throughout the week we had to ask the staff for clean coffee mugs and water in our fridge and we staff weren't very responsive to our requests. And when you wake up early you'd like make a cup of coffee at least before leaving the room

The property is well designed and so comfortable with beautiful view of the sea from the room balcony It had a lot of welcoming staff and great food and restaurants

Since we had booked it for our honeymoon, we couldn’t find any proper entertaining program for our age. Specifically the music played in the outdoor was not that promising

In general, I liked everything. The staff is friendly, the territory is well-kept and clean. There is plenty of entertainment for children. The food was especially impressive, the choice is simply huge. Respect to the confectioner, sweets for every taste. This is a place where you want to return.

I want to advise others, be sure to take out insurance. We were poisoned, and we will pay for it, and dearly.

The location is very nice, in the pine forest, unfortunately the sea was not transparent. The food is good in the restaurants and there is possibilty to book italian, chinese, turkish for the evening. The personnel tries to do their best to provide maximum comfort and good service.

Sometimes you have to tell cleaning service that in the room some shower things are missing or there is need of bed change. The beach must be cleaned, there is noone doing that and there are many cigarettes left.

Very clean hotel and professional staff, safe environment, very good food and drinks. Sound proof rooms, comfy bed.

One has to wake up at 6am to reserve a sunbed by the pool. People take towels when they are heading to their rooms in the evening, then wake up at 5 to 6am and put their towels on the sunbeds to reserve them. At 8am you can’t find sunbed and umbrella. The sea and beach wasn’t the best one. Shaded parking is limited. Ground of the shower in the room was tilted in the wrong side. It wasn’t draining, so flooding all the time. Night entertainments could be better.

Facilities, location, food, cleanliness and the service was amazing. Service representatives were so friendly and helpful, Always ready to make your holiday exceptional. The ones that i can remember Ali and Can were the ones i interacted the most. I also thank the food and service manager Mr. Sahin from residence side, who was so kind enough to invite us to the use some facilities in the resident area.

I know corona measures affect everything, but resort side could have used some open-air bar/lounge environment where some music can be listened to, accompanied by nice cocktail and the view. Due to corona measures and maybe amount of guests, some areas were not accessible.

I got everything i expected from a 5 start hotel .Pools, restaurants, night meals... water activities, nearby attractions, clean facilities , very friendly barmen and restaurant stuff. excellent hammam and massage. Sweet perk was a small pool for the family room.

Pillows.. though when I mentioned that during checkout, I was told that they have different type of pillows... It is a bit strange because i would expect to be informed about these kind of options ahead of time. The stuff at front desk was "nice, nice ... not thrilling but nice"

A great place for a family holiday. The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly. A special and personal thank you to Gokhan Basar for helping with various issues of organizing recreation on the territory of the hotel. The cuisine is very diverse and delicious. In addition to the excellent main restaurant, there are several themed restaurants on site that give a good variety. Tasteful evening music programs. I really liked the swimming pools and children's water attractions. And also the excellent location of the hotel, which is located at a distance from a large cluster of other hotels, gives you the opportunity to relax from busy everyday life.

everything was great, we enjoyed the pools and the beach. the food was great and each night they had a different type from a different place around the world. the staff is so friendly and caring. we will differently come back next year!

we were in the adult section, unfortunately our neighbors in the next room had a baby, and babies cry a lot. so for 2 mornings we didn’t have much sleep.

The All inclusive offer ,is an amazing idea,the varieties provided it covers all needs,the staff and the setup,the landscape Architect is very well studied to provide a piece of Art. The stay was really wonderful, it is worth to pay another visit again to Tui Blue Barut Sensatori fethiye.

Despite that the main Restaurant has a great diversity of food ,however all residents should have chance, to get an ease reservation in the 6 other restaurants.
