Staying at Chateau Saint Girons was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and elegance of this magnificent estate. The impeccable attention to detail, from the luxurious accommodations to the breathtaking surroundings, exceeded all our expectations. Clement was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. Every corner of the chateau exudes a sense of history and romance, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. We absolutely loved every moment spent here and cannot wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

everything was amazing! We found it very easy and had trouble-free access. Luckily, we were the only ones staying in this beautiful castle, so it was an incredibly beautiful experience. It was very clean. Clement was very helpful to us and gave us very good recommendations not only for the hotel but also for places to visit! It was so fun to wake up every morning and see Jack (their dog)in the garden. The breakfast was very elaborate and nice. Be sure to choose it for accommodation when you go to Aix de Provence! We will come again! Thank you very much for everything, we stayed just like at home.

My mum and I had the most relaxing stay at the charming Château de Saint-Girons. The chateau itself was so incredibly beautiful (both the exterior and interior) and the grounds was a lot bigger than we expected! Our room was nicely decorated and had a lovely view of the pool, garden and outdoor breakfast area. Clement was extremely helpful especially with carrying our luggages (2 large suitcases that were over 25kg each) up and down the stairs, which we were very thankful for! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast under the trees as well as the company of the family dog Jax (my mum is usually scared of dogs but thought Jax was super gentle and friendly). I noticed on booking.com that a few visitors noted the noise from the freeway but my mum and I didn't even notice anything and slept really well. We would definitely love to come back again soon and stay for longer!

It was a 10-15 minute uber to and from the city centre but we knew this before booking so no fault of the accommodation at all! We will try to hire a car the next time so that we can easily commute around Aix.

This family home is so gracious, charming and romantic...Clement made us feel genuinely welcome and shared wonderful stories of generations of history on this property. The décor is stylish--the mix of period and modern pieces gives the air of being in a fascinating movie! Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and very well appointed with thoughtful touches everywhere (great reading lights, tea/coffee). The bed was very comfortable- crisp sheets, the best pillows we've had in months of travel, a genuinely comfortable and large mattress (that doesn't feel like two twin beds pushed together). The bathroom was gorgeous- beautiful tiling and fixtures, fluffy towels, warm towel rack, L'Occitane shower products, excellent water pressure and tons of hot water. The grounds are beautiful- different garden areas and a beautiful alee of plane trees make for a lovely stroll and great picnic spots. They have plenty of outdoor seating and we had a sunset picnic under the trees before deciding to stay in for the night and enjoy our room. The breakfast was wonderful- fresh pastry, fresh squeezed orange juice, huge café lattes, yogurt, fresh fruit. And it's served in one of the beautiful common rooms with French doors opening onto the gardens. But the best part is that you feel as though you're a guest in a well-appointed, slightly glamorous, but totally down-to-earth country manor. Clement and his wife have kept it personal and warm, while still making sure that guests have the nicest version of everything they might need on vacation. It's really close and accessible to downtown Aix- and we were glad to have a peaceful retreat after a day in the beautiful cafes and streets of the city. I highly recommend this charming stay!

A stunning chateau that is perfectly positioned outside of AIX. It’s an easy drive into the city with ample parking. The property feels like you are transported to another time. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous trees, a lovely pool and an extremely comfortable room with beautifully updated bathroom. Probably the part that made the entire stay so memorable were our hosts! Clement and his beautiful family welcomed us into their home. He was a wealth of information for the surrounding area and was available and happy to help with any questions we had. He even provided a lovely bottle of Bubbly to celebrate our anniversary. Our morning breakfast spread was perfect, complete with cappuccinos. Merci pour tout Clément.

Nothing at all!

We received a very warm welcome from Clement whose chateau we stayed in. We could not fault the efficiency of service and high level of comfort and cleanliness. The continental breakfast was excellent and beautifully served in the dining room overlooking the garden. Saint Girons is only a 17 minute car journey from Marseille airport so an ideal, great value for money for using as a base to explore south Provence.

Château de Saint-Girons is the most beautiful place to stay. The rooms are perfectly appointed with a lovely garden / pool area to relax. Clément’s hospitality makes everything extra special (fantastic breakfast selection and advice on the local area). Located just 10 minutes outside of Aix, we found it very easy to Uber into town and contrary to some reviews, did not find the motorway nearby to be noisy at all (the chàteau is well set back behind private gates). Would could not praise highly enough and cannot wait to return!

We had an absolutely incredible experience. It was a dreamy fairytale, and completed exceeded our expectations. The chateau is gorgeous; and decorated so thoughtfully with beautiful furnishings. The grounds are amazing, and the pool is lovely. The breakfast spread was delicious, we were welcomed with a drink upon arrival, the room is equipped with everything you need with lovely linens and soaps. They have thought through all the details. Clement and Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and gave us an unforgettable experience.

I fell in love with this place from the moment I walked in. I was well rested while staying at the chateau as much as I spent time outside in Aix-en-Provence. It's a very quiet place, but it's right in front of the highway, so it's easily accessible to the town. Even my kids also loved the pool and had a great time petting the boxer dogs that live here.
