Very friendly host, location also very good ! Place was OK clean and there were items like water and ingredients that you can use for free.

Place looks much more beautiful in the photos. The actual room is a bit messy and needs urgent renovation. Shower is ridiculous small and there is almost no privacy for it (big hole under the door of the bathroom). The extra 25 euros for the inflexibility of receiving us 1 hour early isn't nice as well. the 250 Euros deposit is also something negativ although of course we receive it back after the stay. Edit: he now asked then for the city tax + Cleaning fees too, that was not informed before and should be discounted from the original total price and not after our stay !!

It was on a (mostly) quiet back street, but an easy walk to the 2 markets, with lots of cafes and restaurants. The studio itself was small, but with everything you could need, and a small communal courtyard. Paul was extremely helpful and responsive.

I stayed in one of the 2 ground floor studios (at my request), but being right on the street, it was difficult to have the shutters open for privacy reasons.

The location was very good and there was everything inside that you could possibly need

The reception was a little cold could have been the language problem. Also, the apartment was a little cluttered, standard lamp at the bottom of the bed had to move it worried in case we knocked it over in the night, and maybe too many bookcases could have done with more room in the table area

It is next to a school, during the week it can be a little noisy sometimes but if you are out to visit de region it's okay.

We were greeted by the owner who was most hospitable. He took us to his beautiful outside courtyard to full out paperwork and then walked us up to his beautiful studio.

Nothing. There is a school right in front so of course the kids are a bit noisy but that is life in a luces in city!

Superb location a few steps from the Place des Prêcheurs but on a small quiet street, very friendly proprietor, clean room with well-equipped kitchen. This was a great value for the center of Aix. There is no air-conditioning but the ground floor room stays cool if you follow the traditional practice of closing the shutters during the day and opening the windows at night.

The location is perfect, 1 min walk from a wonderful market and every commodities and from the most beautiful parts of Aix-En-Provence.

The bathroom would need a tittle bit of love. But everything was great overall.

Proximity to the old city

Very small - the whole property was the same size as our bathroom at home in Australia, but it suited our purpose being right in the middle of Old Aix.

The studio is well located, in the city center of Aix en Provence,in a very quiet street. The apartment have everything you need inside , the host was very gentle and helpful.

I got the studio in the basement , there is a little back window overlooking the backyard without any shutter , and the light comes through in the studio early morning

I stayed for a week and the stay was very comfortable. The room was nice and well furnished. It was equipped with a lot of kitchenettes and some staple groceries like oil, salt, pepper, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place.
