Spacious room with a balcony and view. Free and convenient parking. We had a couple of special requests which the front desk staff quickly and efficiently met. A request for something to eat outside of restaurant hours was provided by the chef in minutes.

We didn't think that we needed to book a table for dinner on an off season Monday evening. Our mistake as the restaurant was fully booked until 9:00 PM. They did offer to seat us after that time, but we declined.

Hotel and personell where good and private safe parking and dog friendly

The room was very comfortable. On one occasion we had a balcony room and the other, no balcony. We would definitely choose the balcony room which is bigger. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was service. The pool is heated and pool side amenities were very good. We found reception staff charming. We have driven by Hotel du Golfe many times and are happy we made the decision to stay. The rooms have air conditioning

There is some road traffic facing the property but after awhile you don’t notice as the grounds and facility are so nice.p

No smart tv with only French channels. Room was a little on the small side for a longer stay. No beer on tap at the bar, a ridiculous €7 for a 25cl bottle of beer.

More modern than most other French hotels in the area; feels like “real world” and not long-forgotten South of France

During the checkin I could not pay with a contactless card, and the manager was quite rude saying that “it is their policy if guests don’t pay they cannot stay” (wow, never heard of this!). She had the sweetest with an American family just before me, even though I spoke French. i told her that I was there for solutions and they were giving me problems. luckily, another lady helped and simply took my card details to type them in — it worked!

We love the Hotel Du Golfe and it’s parklike setting. Everything is leisurely. Relax around the pool or swim in the heated water. Drinks and food delivered to your sun lounger: Dinner is excellent. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to our return visit next summer.

Reception staff pleasant, helpful, polite and spoked perfect English. The breakfast on offer was very good.

The room was relatively small and bathroom a bit outdated, but really didn't impact on enjoyment of the hotel. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even multilingual which was really useful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel was clean. We also loved the hotel dog! Extremely handy location.

The only slight issue is that it is quite close proximity to the main road and can be loud (motorbikes etc). However the windows are quite soundproof so does go some of the way to remedy this.

Beautiful setting with a large heated pool . The room was clean, nice roomy balcony and comfortable bed. The dinner was exceptional.

There is some traffic in the distance but it isn’t heard from the room and the park like setting does muffle the noise.

The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were very helpful and spoke several languages. The location was good, overlooking the sea, but not in a crowded area. The bath towels were exactly that, a good size.

A deposit of €100 was taken on arrival in case of damage to the room. We were not happy with this arrangement, because it meant that they had our money for the duration of our stay and beyond. The shower connection was loose, causing the head to drop, making it difficult to shower properly. We stayed for 3 days and the room was only cleaned once, and only the hand towels changed. The internet was a bit sketchy.
