The hotel is surrounded by vineyards with great views of the Côte d'Or. Being out of town, it was very peaceful, and we got a great night's sleep. There is a pool, a bar and a restaurant, although we didn't use them. The superior room was a decent size, and soft furnishings were of a good quality. Most importantly, they accepted our dog (a must for us). It was a nice spot for a one night stop on our drive home from Spain. The staff were lovely on arrival and departure.

The fabric of the buildings look a bit tired inside and out. The paint and decor needs a refresh. The bathroom would benefit from a refresh and perhaps some consideration on how to better use the space. For those who want to eat and drink in the town centre, Beaune is about 3 km away. It's walkable, but not immediately on your doorstep. This was not a consideration for us on this trip, and we appreciated the peace and quiet.

I was very happy with the accommodations and the food.

The only exception to the above was the coffee, which was from a pre-programmed machine and ... such offerings -can- be very good, but this one was rather mediocre. The capuchino we watery and too sweet. The espresso and double espresso was rather bland. My wife also at dinner had to get a new knife/fork, because what she got wasn't clean. Then at the salad bar, the first several dishes were also not clean, the first being pretty filthy. By the time I got there, the dirty ones had either been taken by other guests or were replaced. This rather spoiled my wife's eating experience.

The Kyriad was well placed a short walk from the town centre. The staff were professional and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, much appreciated after a long drive. Parking was available free onsite. The bed was comfy and large. The air con in the room was a huge bonus in the 33° heat. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable.

We enjoyed everything. Unfortunately for us, we weren't there long enough (1 night) to also enjoy the outdoor pool which is in a beautiful setting and looked very well maintained.

We chose the Kyriad for its location in a vineyard. Our room had vineyard views and was very quiet. The room was large and comfortable. We slept well. We appreciated the tea making facilities, adequate parking and fridge. It's a 25 min walk to town, but there are restaurants nearby. I would be happy to return.

One of the 2 TVs was unable to receive transmissions and the wifi was weak at peak times.

We stayed here on our way to the south coast and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on the way back. As previously the staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. We had a room in the hotel building on the first floor with amazing views. The bathroom was very good, the bed very comfortable and everything was very clean. The meal in the restaurant was excellent as was the service from the staff who served us. The walk into the town was perfect after a long days drive. Many thanks to all the staff for making our stays so enjoyable we look forward to our next visit.

No negatives at all.

I stayed here twice and enjoyed my short stay immensely. The employees there were friendly, accommodating and professional. There was plenty of parking, free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable. I did prefer the room I got for last night’s stay over the room I had last week here. The room from last night was upgraded. The breakfast was great. I particularly liked the self serve yogurt machine they had. The croissants were fluffy, pancakes and crepes also added a nice touch to breakfast. The location is slightly outside of the main tourist center. However, you can be in the tourist center by foot within ten minutes. I walked to the town center and back several times. I actually preferred this.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Service staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke English. The breakfast staff was attentive to cleanliness and keeping it stocked. The room was outdated but it with a view of the vineyards, who cares. Bed was a little hard but was comfortable and we slept great. Really a great stay! And a pool was a treat after hiking vineyards all day.

I wish there had been more electrical outlets. Particularly in bathroom or on both sides of bed. We had to go buy an extension cord. And yes, the bathrooms need an update but were clean and sufficient.

Kind and effective staff, clean room with water cooker, fridge, television, etc. Parking facility direct in front of the room - like an American style motel. Swimming pool available. A bit out of the city but the center of town could be reached by a walk of about 15 minutes. Not far away there is a gas station where you can easily refuel the car at moderate prices. Breakfast was very good and could be taken on the terrace (beautiful outlook).

The rooms should be renovated within a year or two but still acceptable if you consider the price and the available facilities. The beds are OK and clean.

Nothing can compare to the location of this hotel! From the window of our room, we were a few feet away from the grape vines and it was truly a wine-lovers dream. Bonus, we were there during harvest in early September and could actually see the harvesters in the field. We had a bottle of wine on the terrace one afternoon and it was so quiet and peaceful. We made such great memories & everyone working at the hotel was so nice & accomodating!

We had a superior room with extra space which was very comfortable. Bed was great ( in size and comfort), view on the vinyards and hills was great. It was quite and the night was beautifully dark 😁. Shower, after removing the chalk, was great.

The breakfast was strange for such a hotel, without any fresh yoghurt and cheese, just the average Danone stuff and some 'plastic' cheese. Hot water from the coffee machine gave brown water.
