Very friendly,helpful staff. Good variety, quality breakfast at very reasonable price. The hotel has its owning private parking. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool around a grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas and shade from trees.

It would be helpful if the information for the hotel made it crystal clear that there is no lift at all to the bedrooms which are all on first and second floor, which makes the hotel less suitable for customers with mobility issues. The shower is in “the bath type” and is awkward for anyone with more limited mobility.

Really comfortable room, with quality furnishings and fittings. Warm welcome. Spotless. Good location with easy walk into the old part of the town, and a short walk from the railway station. We discovered a supermarket where we could get supplies for the day ( turn right out of the hotel, right again at the end of the road and the supermarket is on the left a little way down). Although there is free parking on the street and square adjacent to the hotel, we parked in the secure hotel car park at a cost of 5 euros a day - worth it for the leave of mind as we were leaving luggage in the car. Lovely quiet location.

Great location, immaculate rooms, lovely showers, good secure parking and relaxing swimming pool area. 5 minute walk to the old town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The bedrooms were well appointed with air conditioning, mirrored wardrobes, tea and coffee (no decaf), memory foam mattress and hairdryer. Bathroom was extremely clean and bright with a good, powerful shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English.

Good, continental, buffet breakfast with coffee machine … unfortunately no decaffeinated coffee available when we visited but it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Happy pleasant staff and spotlessly clean. Superb parking, very secure and a ten minute walk into the old town and restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for these parameters. However be aware there is no lift if you are carrying the kitchen sink. Great swimming pool and sun lounge area at the rear of the hotel . Comfy beds too and ample hot water. Easy position of hotel to drive to.

Nothing really, it would be churlish to mention anything considering everything else. Its not perfect but I would stay again in a heartbeat and not look for anywhere else.

The hotel is located on a very quiet street with secure parking at the back of the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and modern inside. There was a lovely, clean swimming pool with deck chairs to enjoy at the back of the property. And the breakfast was a delicious buffet. We were cycle touring around Southern France and had the pleasure of starting and ending our journey from this hotel leaving our car at a location nearby for the duration. Bergerac is a beautiful town on the river to explore and it was a pleasant 10 minute or so walk to the hub of activity restaurants and shops with delightful restaurants and bars.. We definitely will be back when next visiting southern France.

Small but very nicely designed room. Quiet location but within walking distance of the old town a with plenty of restuarants and shops. Parking available at the hotel reasonable fee of 5 euros.Sseparate Wc, modern rainshower-head in shower. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet; fresh criossants, bread, cereals yogurts ,juices. Push button Superautomatic coffee machine offering all types of coffee.

They have the right balance of service and amenities. There is no lift, but its only 2 storeys and the stairs are broad and not too steep. ALL GOOD :o)

We booked various rooms for our group. The standard rooms are old, but very clean and still comfortable. The owners explained to us that they renovate the rooms one by one. The breakfast was good value for money. The owners and people working there were very friendly and helpful. I could see the pride in which they manage there place. In the 9 days we travelled in France this was by far the best cleaned place. Very good location to the old city. Very good parking for €5 per day.

A little out of the old town, but an easy flat walk to a variety of great places to eat and drink. Close to the station for those that want to train to Sarlat - only an hour in decent comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the swimming pool is secluded with great loungers. Be sure to ask for a towel at the reception. The receptionist is a very friendly and helpful fellow and makes the stay even better.

We have never been to Bergerac and didn't know what to expect. The hotel looks modern and utilitarian. However the staff are helpful and charming and the room was clean and quiet with modern shower room. There is a pool and good parking and it is close to the centre. Bergerac is stunning with a good number of half timbered medieval buildings, great restaurants and bars. I wish we had stayed longer as we loved it!

I wish they had tea making facilities in the room.

The wonderful welcome by the manageress the car park entrance was difficult but she showed me exactly how to enter safely. The car park was free and exceptionally safe. Breakfast was good very clean and central location enabled us to find the expert we came to meet with ease

The room was on the small side but very clean I was surprised that bars in the area were shutting around 6pm one we found was fine until it came to the bill the first one was someone else's and the second charged 9 euros for a fruit juice and lemonade. When I pointed this out they hastily gave me a refund. Sad they need to try to rip off tourists. Would we go back?To the hotel without a doubt.to the bar in the centre never
