The hotel is well placed for an early morning flight. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good

The room could do with a bit more in the way of table/desk /shelves. For example there were four electricity sockets halfway up the wall without a surface nearby to stand any electrical items on. The bedside tables were minimal

Perfect for an overnight stay for a family. Just 10 minutes walk from the airport. A clean, quiet room. Fabulous breakfast. 3 of us gluten-free and the hotel catered well for this with gluten-free bread and madeleines. Lots of different options available from the buffet. Friendly staff. We left for our onwards journey fully refreshed.

Staff are super respectful, kind and helpful! Rooms are well decorated and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very good and is served from 4:30 to 11AM. Free coffee to serve during your staying! Flexible check-in time. The location is perfect, since close to the airport.

I found the room temperature not very convenient and the rooms are humid.

The area is great! Super close to the airport, restaurants nearby... you could walk from the hotel to the restaurants since they were right across the street. The room was clean, it was cozy, and perfect for a few days stay at Toulouse. Very close to the museums area, so worth the visit!

I got a "pre-authorization" of around $200 USD on my credit card the day of my arrival before I checked in that nobody told me about and it was not in the booking description. That was an issue since my bank took it as a debit... so I had to do a lot of paperwork with the bank and hotel so they could refund back the money. I am not against the hotel's policies but it should be written in the booking description at the time you make your reservation so you don't get this kind of surprises. Other than that, the staff at the beginning when we tried to explain the issue was kind of rude, but later understood and helped us a lot. I think that was a misunderstanding since we didn't know the "pre-authorization" policy. Anyway, the issue got solved.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast, fresh orange juice and great tasting coffee. The staff at reception were well mannered and really helpful. Easy walking distance to restaurants and getting tram to city centre

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. What really impressed us was the breakfast (which was helpfully available from 4.30am) and was simply the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel- any hotel, including 5 star ones. The choice was extensive and everything was high quality and organic.

There wasn't always someone available on reception and the person on duty during breakfast was unsmiling and unhelpful.

Freindly helpful staff, quite clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and great value for money. If you arrive at the airport late or have an early flight it's just a five minute walk away and worth staying to take some of the stress out of your journey
