The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The night receptionist was extremely friendly (he guided me on the phone at 4 am because I couldn’t find the entrance and I was exhausted after my plane had landed with over 3 hours delay). I liked the interior design of the hotel as well as its unpainted walls.

Morning staff talked about me behind my back. When I showed up at the reception, one of them said “she is here” out loud to warn the others. When I mentioned it, they pretended not to hear instead of apologizing. Too bad. (To be honest I can’t help but wonder if this happens to solo male traveler…)

Communication via booking was very slow, I ended up calling for scheduling a shuttle to pick me up yet I believe this was due to the fact they were busy at the time; once I called in, the service was great and they sent someone to get me. The location is not that easy to get to, probably need a taxi or uber otherwise, bus would take a veeeery long time to get there. They do have a shuttle service, but needs to be scheduled in advance, so emergency arrivals and departures might be hard, I got lucky. The latter helped me getting into the hotel and the next day for my flight. The parking seemed in high demand and was PACKED. Breakfast was very well worth the extra, everything was fresh and high quality. I caught a price reduction during french holidays, which definitely upped the value. Mind the buffet schedule though.

Between the troubles to get to the hotel in the first place I almost inclined towards a more expensive but accesible option. I will come back if they keep it accesible (incl. bfast) but if it goes up ill just stay at NH.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Choice of food was varied, well displayed and good quality. Clean and pleasant eating area. Friendly service.

We received a confirmation email via booking.com that we would be collected from the airport following our arrival on 9.5.24 at approx 9.30 pm. As this didn’t happen we called reception who arranged an Odalys taxi collection at a coast of 25 euro’s for such a short journey, not the best start to our stay. We did receive a complimentary transfer back to the hotel on Friday morning to collect a hire car.

- Breakfast buffet was very rich and of good quality; - Room and restaurant cleaning services were perfect; - Super quiet place also thanks to the fact the place was almost empty; - Very kind staff; - Room and bathroom design spot on, lot of space, very comfy bed and great shower! - Ability to fully open the window inside your room; - Super insonorized room despite the very near Blagnac airport.

- Overall value for money a bit expensive for a 2 nights stay; - In certain parts of the building, looks like walls were not finished/painted yet and since the general area is still in construction here and there, that may be the cause; - The coffee machine disposed for the breakfast buffet is not making good coffee products in my opinion, anyway this is relative to the coffee machine only so it won't affect my overall rating.

Absolutely excellent and fantastic value for money considering the size of the bedroom and the facilities within that room. Handy for the airport (about a 20 minute walk with a heavy rucksack on quiet roads with footpath) Friendly, smiley reception staff, quiet location, free taxi for the airport if you can't be bothered to walk. No evening dinner service (I think!) but there is a fridge near reception selling local dishes to heat up in the microwave in the bedroom. There is also a big shopping centre 5 mins walk away with food outlets. Really clean and modern hotel and can't recommend highly enough.

Both the room and the breakfast (16Eu extra) were excellent. The room was superbly quiet, clean and very nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good with excellent variety...not just baguette and cheese :)

I wish it were a little closer to public transportation so I could've gone into Toulouse for the day. If I was staying for more than one night (since this was a stopover) I would need that and this could determine whether I stay there or not. However, it's very convenient for business travelers who prefer to be close to the airport without having to listen to airplanes above. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated although it would be nice to also get picked up from the airport. It's an arduous and challenging walk.

We needed somewhere to stay over night between flights in Toulouse. We booked this place at midnight which was a life saver as the airport was closing. Staff welcoming. Room clean and spacious. Nice shower, comfy bed. Some tea and coffee available. We were only there for a few hours but it was a pleasant stay for a good price. Free shuttle bus back to the airport the next morning.

Nothing not to like in the short time we were there.

This hotel is located at the airport of Toulouse which is the centre for Airbus and ATR. The customers from different parts of the world will come to the hotel. So someone at the reception must at least be able to communicate in English.

Breakfast was very good with carefully selected local produce. There were also local dishes available in bocaux which is an interesting option for longer stays. The staff were very friendly and helpful, readily switching from French to English.

The secure entry gate for parking is a good idea but was a bit temperamental. Might be good to have instructions at entry for first arrivals. In wet weather when we arrived, the entry to the hotel was a bit uninviting.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms. It's the perfect accommodation for a Toulouse Airport stopover. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

It's a bit too long to walk to the airport if you have lots of luggage or small children as we did and the cost of a taxi outside of Odalys shuttle service is extremely expensive. Had we known in advance we would have kept our car hire for an extra day as probably would have been cheaper
