Guillaume is an exceptional host, giving advice on what to see and do in Bordeaux and ensuring guest comfort at his historic house. Breakfast in the lovely common room is one of the best we've had with his home-made granola, croissants, healthy bread, jams and fruit salad. The common room is available to guests throughout the day for coffee, tea or drinks. The building has been recently renovated with modern, light, stylish decor. Large bed, comfortable memory foam mattress. Bathroom modern and well designed, good shower. House is in a cute, quiet street about a 7-minute walk from the town centre.

Nothing really. There's no lift, but we are okay with stairs, and staff helped us with our luggage.

This is a real gem in Bordeaux. The small B&B hotel is immaculate and includes everything a guest could need - comfortable beds, a good breakfast, modern comfortable decor, and a lovely friendly extremely helpful owner/host (Guillaume) who couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was certainly a big plus that he spent the time in the beginning to give us such good advice on how to spend our long weekend in such an interesting city. This B&B is outside of the central historical area - so a quieter area (which we usually prefer). We were very happy to walk into and around the city to see the sites - clocking up many steps. If we were tired then we took public transport - there is a nearby tram stop (Line A) and bus stop options. Bordeaux has an excellent easy transport system.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Les Seraphines. Guillaume was incredibly friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We arrived late in the evening and were able to have a glass of wine and eat our takeaway sandwiches in the lovely lounge/breakfast room. He provides fantastic tourist information and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room as very comfortable, very large and a perfect temperature. The bathroom was modern with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

Guillaume is a fantastic & communicative host at the very comfortable Les Séraphines B & B. The house was easy to find with QR code self check in. We stayed in room #2 on the 2nd floor. Spacious, stylish, clean & quiet room with a very comfortable bed & pillows. A built in closet area and drawers in the bathroom kept our stay organized. A nice touch was wash cloths in the bathroom, a rarity in European stays. Excellent lighting in the room & bathroom. Breakfast is lovely with choice of breads & the best croissants from an award winning Boulangerie. Along with jams, cheese, charcuterie, yogurt + perfectly homemade granola, fresh pressed orange juice & good coffee. Bordeaux centre is a easy 20-30 min walk from the stay. A large parking garage is only a block away, Parcub. Meunier bar & bistro was a 7 min walk for a nearby & fantastic dinner on our evening arrival. Excellent choice of stay in Bordeaux!

Guillaume is a great host and the hotel is a charming little gem, well-furnished and just what we needed for a couple of nights. Great breakfast, hotel located in a quiet back street away from noise, but still only 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus and tram stops (the easiest way to get around Bordeaux). Good wifi, good aircon. Highly recommend.

Can't really think of anything ! The stairs are a bit steep but manageable as long as you don't have to climb them too often. Otherwise everything was great.

VERYTHING!! we were welcomed as friends - starting with coffee in the lounge on arrival, sharing tips customised just for us, helping us secure transportation, exceptional breakfast with great discussions with Guillaume while he prepared our fresh fruit salad, offered tasty cheese from the region, best croissant in town. Rooms very comfortable and sparkling clean. House is at walking distance from Bordeaux’s old town and main attractions Definitely going back

Beautiful property, spacious, fresh, very comfortable rooms, bathrooms and a welcoming communal space. Recently renovated with excellent amenities & sophisticated decor. Breakfast was excellent & availability of coffee, tea and wines are generous. Located on a quiet side street easily accessible to the city center. The proprietor Guillaume is always available to help, knows the city well & provides outstanding recommendations for one’s time in Bordeaux.

Whats NOT to like about les Seraphines! Guillaume is the consummate host - going the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. We were travelling in a rented EV. When we encountered issues, Guillaume rang his friend for advice and location of the best charging stations for us. He also speaks perfect English and Spanish, so no lost-in-translation moments. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed; our breakfast included award-winning croissants and the decor was sublime. les Seraphines quickly felt like our home away from home.

This is a gorgeous house! Warm! Comfy! Great ambiance. Our host, Guillaume was super nice, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with lots of attention to detail and fantastic ingredients. The location is unbeatable as you can walk to everywhere and there is also a tram and bus stop just around the corner. And still the street is very quiet and peaceful so great for sleeping. 10/10 for this b&b! Thanks Guillaume! 🙂

beautiful property, very modern and clean. Owner Guillaume replied quickly to any query before our stay and when at property was always on hand with great advice. Can’t fault this property, Guillaume even got us fresh croissants at 7.30am so we could have them before we left for our flight home, can’t be better than that!!

it’s a bit further out from old town but once you get the hang of bus and tram it’s fine, otherwise it’s about a 20 min walk. Bus stop 2 min walk which goes to airport which is really handy.
