This little hotel is a destination in itself - a pretty and airy design-conscious hotel with a lot of clever eco solutions. Extremely clean and tidy — the rooms were spacious enough and facilities all in perfect working order. The reception bar is very attractive with many comfortable nooks to sit in for a coffee or a drink. We didn’t dine there but a lot of visitors were dining and the menu looked good. The location is on the western edge of the main historic-tourist area, so it’s on the same side of the city as the Airport, and everything you would want to see starts within metres of the door. The staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bordeaux as a destination has a lot of class, and this hotel fits in perfectly. Will always be happy to stay here again.

Everything was really good.

Lovely staff, super helpful; clean and modern. Nice terrace for dining, etc. Bar 🍸 👌 excellent: big shout for the barman. Food, drinks, and cocktails are good value for a 4-star hotel. Air-conditioning in our good-sized room was very welcome. Step outside and the tram stop is there to whizz you everywhere you want to go! We bought daily tickets, but next time, we would get the app, especially for a longer visit. Rail travellers, no need for a taxi, St Jean is so easy on the tram, and cheap! One change then stops outside the hotel. Big shopping centre next door if that's your thing or it's raining!

A couple of issues eventually sorted out. Not enough to stop us going back.

Great location with tram stop right outside which goes into the centre or Airport Room excellent and delighted to find several English speaking channels. Very comfortable bed and cleaned every day, lots of extra wee touches in room though still not sure why there was an LED Torch in the wardrobe. Lovely Bar and veranda area for food and drinks but booking recommended in evening

Choice of food in restaurant was limited Finding rooms and lift access could be a tad challenging at times

Great hotel just outside of the centre of Bordeaux. English speaking staff at the reception. Comfortable beds. Cool community kitchenette. The kitchenette had a bit of an odd smell though. You can fill up your water bottles here. They have both charged water and non charged water at the kitchenette. Cool tp have seperate toilet from the bathroom. They have a few gratis fruit drinks in the community kitchenette. They were tasty. There is a large shopping mall across the street from the hotel. I wold stay here again.

Nothing really. The outside of the building is odd looking. They are trying to get a nightclub vibe in the bar that does nort work. It is kinda sad. Expensive drinks with sub par service. They need to re think this concept.

a very modernly designed hotel, great facilities, the nicest stuff, eager to help, efficiant and smiling. nice breakfast, the tram just outside the hotel, a shopping mall just around the street and the center of the lovely city of bordeaux is in 10-15 min. walk to all the restaurants and tourist attractions.

personally, i like to have a minibar in my room. here they have put a kitchenett serving all the floor, fully stocked with water, breesers , fruits and snacks. this was very nice , but, i prefer a minibar in my room.

Location was great, and the interior of the hotel was great. It surpassed expectations with cool finishes, and amazing sustainable touches. The staff were also really helpful. I left an item in our wardrobe when we left, they held it for two days and waited for me to pick it up. Couldn;t have been more helpful. The small gym area, whilst not a full gym, has enough to do a work out if you want to which is an added bonus to a really good value hotel. Can't praise this hotel high enough, and I travel a lot for work so not just hyperbole.

good location next to a tram stop for the airport and city. gym next door. Beautiful and modern decor and very comfortable. Nice calm terrace and for fresh coffee provided in the room with a French press. Reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful and first class service.

The restaurant service was a little patchy and some staff were not very attentive. Some not all. the gym facilities were disappointing and seemed a little waste of the space. it’s not useful enough to do a good workout session for cardio or weights. I used the fitness park gym next door which is €8 euro entry for a one off session.

First of all, I wanted to say that booking.com didn't have enough pictures of the collector suite I got. To my pleasant surprise there was a huge patio with a private sauna(!). I wish I knew it before tho, because I wasn't sure about the room and could have booked an other room and missed on this. Anyways, the building itself is monumental, if you're into architecture and brutalism you have to see it, I am glad I was able even stay inside. Location is not the best, but there is trams and also supermarket and food nearby. This is 3 star hotel, but I got 5 star experience with my room.

Bar/restaurant. The menu/concept/delivery needs work. Menu presents itemised small dishes - which almost everyone orders - and a “formule” of starter/main/desert - but no indication what they are. Staff don’t offer what they are and give no further details when asked. How’s that supposed to work? Tables had a layer of white dust from the ceiling and waiter asked if we would like it wiped. What’s happening with the ceiling and why aren’t the tables kept dusted?
