View only of rooftops and concrete was disappointing as so near sea. Need to nip into grape bar and ask for car park ticket before can park in underground garage adjacent to bar. Cost is added to bill. Small room. Check in is inside grape bar and to left which was not obvious. No English TV .

Location, near shops, short walk to town and beach. Good value for price. Room with canal view is advised. Staff super. Car park is convenient. Bar is good if a bit gaudy. Room small but good value.

I used Booking.com Free Parking filter only to be told parking is 8€50 a day. Boulogne sur Mer is a shade run down but the walled city is lovely. Dog poo is everywhere. Tread carefully.

We are regular users of Ibis hotels and have never had less than acceptable service. This was not one of the best, maybe because it was busy, so check-in was rushed. However, the room was fine, with good air conditioning and wi-fi. We had a view over the city, which was a bonus. The restaurant was unpretentious but our meal was good, as was the breakfast. Car parking was secure, but not cheap.

The bathroom smelled strongly of damp, which was unpleasant. Overall, things felt a bit chaotic, with too much (reception, bar, restaurant) all crammed into a small area.

Good location. Bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Car park was secure and breakfast was good. Reception staff were polite and helpful.

Lift was out of order most of the stay. Not a problem for us but could see older guests were struggling with stairs. Staff offered to carry bags which was nice.

We liked the bar and games area. We had good fun on the pinball machine! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Very convenient for LeShuttle.

The rooms didn’t have tea and coffee making facilities or phones. The lift wasn’t working. We were informed of this but not before I’d booked and paid for the accommodation.

Very secure parking for motorcycle. Super helpful staff member greeted us, guided us into the garage and helped take our luggage up to the room. Great location to explore Boulogne.

A bit pricey for a budget hotel. Not even a kettle in the room. Room was quite warm and air con was ineffective. No fan provided.

Lift out of action. Could have told us before and then we could have requested a room on ground floor. Bar not keen to serve us a drink a around 5.30pm. Evlentually the young receptionist saw to us. She also helped us with the parking. Menu not good for vegtarians

Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast with local products. The location is also great at not even one km from the beach and very close to the city centre too.

The bed was a bit small for two persons, but nothing too important, we slept quite well still.

The staff were so helpful. Nice relaxing view over the river.

If I had to mention something it would have to be the pillows, far too soft, even using the spare one didn't help. Still slept well.

No great views or location but central and functional. booked Twin room 20 mins before arrival. on arrival none available but staff gave us two single rooms (with double bed in each) for no extra fee. very helpful staff.
