It was my first 2-star hotel in my life, and it pleasantly surprised me. There were all the basics needed at the hotel. Room decorated with wooden furniture, clean and practical, although a bit spartan. Reasonable bathroom, even with some toiletries and good towels, daily cleaning - well done! Buffet breakfast was a bit too modest, but after all, the standard 2-stars would probably offer no breakfast at all...

Just one needs to be prepared to climb 3 old steep staircases with a suitcase and no lifts. Rest was all reasonable.

Nice looking and clean in a fantastic location. Simple but lovely room and delicious fondue meal in their restaurant.

It was a nice breakfast but for €12 per head felt offended when we got hurried to leave by the waitress as we were finishing. We were two families with 5 children under 7 years so meals can take a while! But there were plenty of empty tables so she didn’t need ours. Expected better service.

A charming little hotel The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a fantastic bar and restaurant which was obviously popular with locals. A great atmosphere in a family run environment, the staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. We had a delicious dinner on arrival and chat with the staff (and the hotel dog). The location is perfect, down an old street in the old part of town. We drove right to the door, got lucky as there was one space right outside but there's plenty of parking nearby. We came for one night as a stopover but would happily stay for much longer. Would definitely come back.

The location is perfect being very close to the centre of town, a fantastic patisserie and good restaurants. The breakfast was good - self service buffet of croissants, breads, jam, cheese, juices and hot drinks. I would have appreciated a soft boiled egg but you can't have everything! Dinner was (apparently - I didn't have any but friends did) very good and the bar area is very welcoming to spend an evening - including lovely friendly dog! would highly recommend.

Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The bar was cozy and fun with lots of locals dropping in for coffee in the morning and beers in the evening. The hotel was charming, in a great location in the center of town and the owners were exceptionally nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

A perfect hotel for the one day, close to central station and central pedestrian street with restaurants. Good price/ quality. The room is on the small range but it is ok for a two star hotel and clean. It has a bar, restaurant, if you are tired you can eat there. All in all it was very satisfactory.

Location was great for the train station. Friendly check in, clean but basic room. Great hot shower and fluffy towels! Had a great nights sleep even with a little fire alarm early on in the evening, at least we know the alarms work!

Room was a bit cold but provided a blanket which was most welcome.

Reception was extremely welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was very small but very comfortable. Breakfast was just what we were looking for. The whole hotel experience was also very French, which we appreciated.

We were on the second floor with narrow stairs and heavy suitcases.

We just stayed there for one night between two train travels. Rooms are clean, confortable and quite. Decoration and furniture are typical for the region, well done. Restaurant for dinner is very good and staff really take attention to you. I definitively recommend.

Breakfast for children at 12,00 € is too much we prefered to walk 5 minutes in a nice backery.

Good location close to the railway station. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. The Rugby was being shown in the bar which is always good.

I would have liked real French croissants from a bakery, the little pastries served were not as good. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.
