Fenced and gated car park. Easy to find the hotel. We asked for and were allocated a ground floor room as my wife had injured her leg. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. I think we were allocated a disabled room which was not necessary but appreciated. Room spotless and well equipped. Large, comfy bed. Pillows a little small but perfectly adequate. A good choice of restaurants near by. When we returned in the car, the gate was closed but with intercom, so the gate opened quickly. Breakfast good.

In our case not a lot.It is a budget hotel but with above budget accommodation. Will stay on our next trip from Spain.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the distance from the centre of Bourg was an easy drive. Staff were really helpful and provided us with useful information. Our room was clean and spacious and there was even coffee facilities available at any time from a machine at the reception area.

Friendly staff. Beds were good, and bathrooms were clean. Close to the highway.

Hard to find. This is not the fault of the hotel; apparently the city never got the right road layout published. My two TomToms were able to bring us in the vicinity, but then went crazy. Similar problems in the other car using Google on a mobile phone. I suggest you look at a satellite view of the layout on Google maps before going. Fortunately, you can see the sign on the building from way off.

The hotel is situated closely to the highway, which was very convenient since we stayed here one night on our way to Southern France. Very friendly personnel. Also, there are quite a few restaurants for dinner and breakfast in the vicinity.

The base of the baby cot was broken and although we got another base upon request, this had the same problem.

Room was comfortable and there was a secure car park. Check in process was very easy. Location was good with easy access to the autoroute.

The room could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was overpriced.

Good sized room, quiet location.

I was using Google maps as a GPS on my phone and could not locate the hotel using the address given to me. I had to drive around the area several times before finding the hotel. The area appears to be the location of several large warehouses and there are no typical street signs visible. Probably not the hotels fault, but frustrating after driving a few hours to get there.

The breakfast was lovely and our dog could join us in the restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean. The parking was free and plentiful. Hotel location excellent and easy to find.

The bathroom could be updated as a bit tired and old looking. Windows in one of the rooms was very dirty.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a one night stopover and was ideal. There was also an excellent restaurant a few minutes walking away where we got a discount for being booked in the hotel.

Not a lot from our point of view.

Our room was on top floor, you could use the lift and easy access. Breakfast was served as extra cost but had all continental good and you can cook your eggs as you like. The reception/staff lady was lovely.

It is a place to stop over as it is next to motorway.

large, clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed. excellent location for overnight stay enroute as it is just off the motorway. very good fish restaurant Leon nearby. we were on the fourth floor and had a great view of the countryside from the window
