Delightful and helpful receptionist! This is a great halfway point if travelling down to the south of France and Bourges itself is a gorgeous little town. Travelling with a dog so we really appreciated the ground floor room which opened out to a grassy area. There is also a really nice forested area/walk just across the street to exercise your dog properly. Clean room which was value for money and bed was super firm which I like. Plenty of secure parking in a quiet area. Next door to a LIDL supermarket so we could stock up on provisions.

Food options: nothing for vegetarians in the evening menu and breakfast buffet was uninspiring so we didn't partake. Wish it had a bar...

Bourges is a beautiful town. Wasn't expecting that. Had only booked as a stop-off on the way to Cherbourg for the ferry to the UK. Would have liked to have spent more time there. The town centre is only a 20 minute walk away. The hotel met our requirements for a comfortable and clean stop over in a good location just off the autoroute so no complaints. Not cheap for two rooms but I suspect that this is a popular tourist destination. Didn't use their restaurant so can't comment on that but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little bit tired and could do with some money being spent on it. There is no aircon - but there was a fan in the room which was on when we arrived on a very hot day and the room was cool.

very easy to get to and good car park. inside rooms are easy to access and of a good size. bed is large and comfortable. location allows some lovely walks into Bourges centre or out of town by a lake. lovely after a long drive.

functional rather than stylish. decor not of highest standard. mould above shower on ceiling. shower curtain too long. only 1 set of towels when 2 of us were booked.

Lovely receptionist. Very helpful. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice to have kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. Large choice for breakfast which was regularly topped up!

Slightly further from the motorway than we had realised. Hotel is a little dated. Photos on website maybe give a better impression than it actually is!

Friendly staff, good location. This was a one night stop off on our way down to South France and the local town was stunning. We would stay here again and spend more time in the town. Super King size bed was a nice surprise.

Paid an extra 10€ each for breakfast. I would have liked to have seen cooked options for that price.

Booked last minute having stayed here en route through France last year. It was so good last year we decided to stop over for the night again. Easy to find, friendly accommodating staff. Clean and tidy. Slept well, nice quiet location. Within easy distance of lots of places to eat. Standard continental breakfast.

Nothing in our opinion not to like.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and tea/coffee making facilities were in the room too. The staff were really helpful and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location and the price. We find the motel very easy and the price was good. The personal was very amiable. The room is small, but the bed is confortable. Bonus is the free parking in the courtyard.

No restaurant for dinner. On the site they didn't write that in week end is not an option to serve the dinner. Restaurant is close. The walls are very thin and we were able to heard every noise from other rooms or from the hall.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and very efficient. As it was only a 2*, we were not expecting a lot but the hotel could have been rated higher considering our experience.

Don't forget to take a sink and bath plug when you stay!!
