The room was big, with a comfy large bed, and very clean. The best thing was the hotel although full was so very quiet. It had tea & coffee making facilities, yes it had a kettle which is unusual for France. Breakfast was fabulous and well worth the money.

Finding it was a nightmare, we could see it be could not workout in the dark how to get to it. You need to go up the slip road which takes you on to the tram tracks and then you have to drive along the tram tracks avoiding the trams. It was obvious and the next day I had to ask how you then get out of the carpark on the tram tracks.

never took breakfast here as seemed a bit expensive for a family of 5 had dinner of which was enjoyable .........Thank you to Franck and Pueblo

A great location for us to stay at the end of our holiday in Granville. We visited Festy Land on our day of arrival to conclude our family holiday. We walked into the centre of Caen for an evening meal, taking a taxi back up the hill thus avoiding the 25 minute walk! A great night's sleep and we left to catch the ferry at Ouistreham early the next morning (a 15/20 minute drive) Sadly, our timings did not allow us to take breakfast!

Restaurant experience let the hotel down. 2 hours to serve 2 courses as a consequence of a tourist coach arriving and there not being sufficient staff to deal with the volume of diners

Friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice bar and swimming pool. Given the location (main roads on two sides and a tram on the other) the rooms were very quiet. Good breakfast. Looked like the room had been updated recently and the air con worked well

The receptionist on arrival, she was warm, friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed it was too much bother/didn't want to be there... No encouragement from management. Shame as it is a really nice Hotel and staff could be happy if correctly managed/ staffed.

The check-in was very easy and the receptionist was extremely helpful. Cold water was available in the reception area to take to your room and the receptionist gave us towels so that our children could go to the pool area as quick as they wanted to.

pool is nice - good size and welcome after long drive. room was ok. ambience of hotel overall is very good. breakfast buffet was good/average.

dinner at hotel is only offered as a buffet at 30euros per head for adults and 12.50 for kids. so we went down the road and got pizzas. price at 230euros for family for one night is a bit steep. fair value would be closer to 150euros.

Everything. Genuinely shocked how lovely it was. The staff were wonderful and thankfully spoke brilliant English - our French is awful. The decor is refreshingly modern and the rooms are so incredibly slick. Kitted out with everything you need and some extra towels. The finishes in the room all feel really high end and the room was spotless on arrival. We were also thankful for the travel cot provided for our 14 month old. The staff made our difficult night with our daughter bearable; allowing us to heat up milk and go back and forth from the car in the middle of the night. The restaurant was so good. I’m always reluctant to dine at a hotels restaurant but we were truly thankful for the opportunity to stay on site and have yummy food and deal with our daughter more easily. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Everyone looked like they were having a great stay - always a good sign. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

The parking area can get really busy.

Great food both dinner and breakfast, friendly staff who were happy to converse in English so we all understood instructions. Child friendly with toys etc in reception to use. Great stop off on a longer journey.
