The house is lovely. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that we could sit in the kitchen in the evening, to have a budget friendly dinner. The price performance ratio was amazing!

We had the smallest room out of the three and it was a little small for us to stay more than one night. If they had been available, we would have definitely opted for one of the other rooms. An extra pair of hangers at the door would probably also help. The parking spot that is provided might not be for everyone, as it is on a steep hill.

Great location - walking distance to Flixbus bus station, supermarkets nearby. Can walk to all main tourist attractions including seaside, old towns, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes and the main station. The facility itself has cosy and calm atmosphere with a lovely garden. Nice to have good breakfast and air conditioners as well :)

It would have been nicer if there are some slippers, but all in all it was very satisfying.

Awesome place! Old house located at back of cosy and clean yard. On-hill location provides very nice view over the town. House is of very authentic old-fashion style. Everything is very clean and in good working condition. Common kitchen is fully furnished and ready for your cooking achievements. There is a veranda on yard where you can seat in shadow and relax or take breakfast provided by nice housekeeping lady. Definitely recommended place.

The house s very nice and typical, with beautiful old tiles and nice decoration. there is a nice garden. 5 minutes from main road. the lady takes really good care of the premises and her customers. the breakfast is really great with croissants, bread, jam, butter, orange juice, all fresh and delicious. it's very quiet and you can leave your window open all day. it's safe.

I don't like the fact that keys make noise when you unlock the doors, they are old and not convenient; in the morning you can hear other clients unlock their doors.

The property was exactly as described and we knew that apart from our room the property was shared with other guests. We have never shared facilities before but we enjoyed it and it certainly helps you social skills and nice to interact with other travelers. The lady of the house works endlessly to help her quests. I would certainly recommend.

I LOVED the room I stayed in and the interior was beautiful. THe host had a huge garden where I could eat my food and the breakfast was incredible. She also helped me to find a safe parking for my motorcycle since the path was so steep. The place was close to the city and perfect distance if you have a car or motorbike. THe lady was very nice and had a cute guard dog. THe kitchen had a refrigirator and cooking possibilities. I recommend taking a ferry to Illes de Margaurite and visit the underwater face statues also know as the underwater museum.

The lady was very kind and friendly, and excellent host, and the house was beautiful as well. And there was also an AC in our room, which really saved our life. Also, the breatfast was amazing 🥰

The the doors were very old and the locks are the trickiest we've seen. There was a night when we tried for half an hour (no joke) just to get into the house. 😂

A nice place in a quiet residential area very close to the centre of Cannes, with a nice garden. The three rooms share a bathroom, a common area and a kitchen. The apartment is quiet but the outer walls apparently not very soundproof, since all evening noise from the neighbouring house/garden could be heard - this ended at ca. 11 p.m. which for me was not a problem, since I'm a late sleeper, but if someone wants to sleep early this could be possibly a nuisance. Breakfast basic, but ok; room very clean and spacious.

A minor nuisance: no parking on the spot. You have to leave the car several metres up the street, and it's really UP - the impasse is steep, so this ought to be taken into consideration if you have many baggages. It is possible to park the car for a short time at the gate to pack and/or unpack.

The house and property looked like something you’d see on a movie. So cute and clean! And there was drip coffee! The breakfast basket appeared every morning with light, flaky croissants and jams in little pots. Loved it!!

It was about a 30 minute walk from the beach and downtown.

Madam was nice and kind. The cottage was old but clean and very charmful with rustic country touch. It was brilliant to find old-fashioned property that was not spoiled by modern style. It was really lovely place to stay for a short time.
