Very friendly staff all around, we received an upgrade to a larger room with terrace to the courtyard, it has an excellent spa with big hammam ( the reason for choosing this hotel for me) and a good size relaxation pool but with countercurrent jet so you can actually swim if there are few people, the price of the hamam 1h at a time was included in the room ( mattered in my choice ) cleaning service very good even late in the day, all in all a perfect stay, will come back, perfect location, convenient neatby parkin saint niolas

Parking is about 21 euro p day at nearby parking saint nicolas ( if you have an suv the hotel cant accomodate you, so you must take that extra cost into account, it is very close to the hotel however

Lovely staff, great location and located near coffee shops and a supermarket. We got a free upgrade and the room was lovely! Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a short 5-10 minute walk to main strip. The beds were changed everyday and the breakfast is a bit basic but saves money out. Would recommend the coffee house near the hotel, called Copenhagen coffee lab

The cleaning service didn’t take away the dirty cups, we had to ask for mugs not paper cups for the tea bags and the tea/milk didn’t get refilled. There was a tiny, ants nest in our room from the balcony door but this wasn’t a problem as they didn’t really come out of the gap.

The hotel was close to the most popular areas in Cannes, as well as from the train station, so it was easy to come around and visit other cities as well. We had air conditioning and very efficient blinds so we could rest well. The area was also very quiet, so we didn't have any issues about noise or other disturbances.

We enjoyed out trip and did not find anything that we couldn't particulary like.

Everything. Pool and health club an added bonus. Bed, satellite TV, room size, great shower, and beautifully clean. As a regular visitor to Cannes I have no hesitation in saying that this is the best 4 star hotel I have found there.. I shall be back!

We were looking for a human-sized hotel for a romantic weekend on the French Riviera. The facilities offered, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment allowed us to have a wonderful stay and to discover this very beautiful city of Cannes. I strongly recommend to ask for a glass of wine to the barman. Can’t wait to come back. xxx

Fantastic hotel, perfectly placed in the centre of Cannes and only a short walk to La Croisette, with the added bonus of an underground car park Lovely spa facilities with a relaxing pool area with jacuzzi and water jets

The service was great, i have been upgraded to a junior suite, very spacious room with a big terrace. They have a parking (first time ever i took a car elevator, be aware of the size of your vehicle). Globally a very good stay!

It was a bit noisy early in the morning as they had a big group and my room was just above the breakfast room (i thought it was my room neighbour but no).

The room was clean ,a bit too small though. The balcony was the best . The room was on the side of an interior court , facing the terrace of the hotel and it was quiet . No noise of cars coming from the street I would like to thank the staff especially one person that I didn’t get the chance to thank in person ( Remi -I hope I’m not mistaken the name ) for his big help on the 14th of July. Thank you Remi !!!! The hotel is well located , close to the center and few minutes from the biggest shopping street

Super friendly staff all around - reception, breakfast, bar etc. Perfect location, easy to get to from the train station (~6 min walk) and the beach (~10 min walk). Spa facilities a bit limited (swimming pool with jacuzzi and wet sauna) but very clean and more than sufficient considering the beach is right there - and it was never too busy (despite it being the last weekend of the film festival!) so we were allowed to stay as long as we pleased. Breakfast was a decent selection with nice coffee, the terrace was also really nice to have. Cold water bottles waiting for us in the room and replaced by cleaning staff - very thoughtful! Extra toiletries provided upon request - honestly nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Shower had amazing pressure and a waterfall head as well as a mobile one. Beds very comfortable with enough pillows. The room was quiet and very clean.

All in all a very good stay - nothing we didn’t like.

Good value for money. Good location for its money. Pleasant to stay. Got a room upgrade in a down period.

They have parking, but didn't tell it's only for smaller cars, as it involves a car elevator. We had to go to a nearby car park. Close enough and similar in price, but on site would have been better off course.
