The hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins walk from train station and 15 mins to the centre. The hotel room was small but comfortable. Clean towels daily. You can borrow a hair dryer from reception if required. Rooms also had air con which was required in August, and it was also very quiet. Staff were friendly, and breakfast could be purchased for 8:50€. Good selection of continental breakfast.

Nothing. Hotel exceeded expectations for a budget hotel in an expensive town.

The kind and professional staff , all of them were great during my stay . It may be a budget hotel but it didn’t feel like a budget hotel thanks to them . I had a great time in Cannes and the hotel is part of it that counts. They have a parking right next to the hotel and its like a 15 min walk to the beach and shop centre , the main and big shop centre is a few minutes from the beach , go a little further like 5 minutes and you can go up to the church with the sign . If you want a good hotel for a reasonable price close to all the facilities, consider this one .

Nothing really , you get what you pay for . I think people expect too much sometimes. Its clean, its close to everything and great staff .

This hotel was exactly what it said on the packet - “budget”. No frills. But excellently done. Clean, well located, modern. Friendly staff, good vibe. Easy walk from the station. Laundry not in hotel but a good self service place near by. A tabac over the road as well as vending machine on site.

Good value for money, friendly stuff.

Parking lot is shared with the public underground park, which is super expensive. As a guest of the hotel you get much better rates which sre acceptable. However, main parking entrance door would sometimes not trigger unless you drive almost into the door, which left us and other guests confused when arriving for the first time. The driveway into the garage is very steep so you can easily scratch the bottom of your car.

We liked the staff and the location of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was yummy and sweet.

The room was narrow and tiny, at breakfast it was only sweet stuff (in someplace i wanted to have veggies too) and the t.v. showing only french tv shows.

Good location, very supportive staff, fair shower. The parking has a weird entrance but once you are in it is actually good plenty of places on the lower floors, and a lift to get you quickly up.

Had to pay for parking, made my stay more expensive than forecasted - usually IB provides free parking. The bed could have a softer mattress.

This budget hotel is good for a short stay, the shower and towels are clean. The parking is 10 euros per day which is reasonable in this area!

The underground parking is super narrow and it’s difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. Going up and down is very challenging!

Very functional. All basic necessities were covered (good AC, shower cabin with good water pressure , comfortable bad, clean sheets).

The room was so small that we both, my husband and I, could not go through without one climbing the bad so that the other can pass. Everything was very clean but then somehow we found a cockroach in front of the toilet and we were on the fifth floor.

The parking is right next door, the location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the center and the beach while still in a quite area. The room is very tiny but it has everything needed and the bed is very comfortable. It is perfect for those who just need a bed and a shower for the night and going to spend most of the time and eat outdoors

The size of the room is a bit smaller than we expected after our stay in Ibis Budget in Montpellier just the night before. However, the location is way better.
