All staff were the biggest stars of our stay. Starting with the receptionists, especially Herve, made every day special by chatting about travel locations etc. The breakfast staff was also very welcoming every morning, and finally the cleaning staff who left our room sparkling clean to the highest possible standard every single day. I have never come across such outstanding room service even in 5 star hotels. Well done.

Although the size of the room is specified, it is impossible to move freely when two people stay in the room. The space to move around bed is just for one person. That is particularly difficult for longer stays with more lagguage. The storage shelfs and hangers are also very limited which meant we had to keep open suitcase by the wall, making the room even smaller. We only stayed for 7 days and that was already uncomfortable, especially when trying to get ready at the same time, moving from room to bathroom etc.

The location was absolutely perfect. The train station was across the street to be able to catch the train to Grasse (6€ for 3 people) or Antibes (16€ for 3 people). It was one block from the stores, Rue D'Antibes and you could easily go and leave your shoppping bags in your room. Or use the toilet if need or if you want a break from the heat, air conditioning was excellent.Breakfast is a must here. The view is incredible from up there and the lady very hospitable and all you need in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the street noise wasn't a bother to us. Plenty of room for our bags etc. It was easy to leave the key to the front desk guy when going anywhere because of the 24/7 service. Thanks Herve.Excellent stay.

Central location close to train station and shops, windows are sound proof so no noise even close to busy street Roof top area where you can sit and enjoy the view, you can access it from 5th floor stairs outside working hours.

The room is really small , you can’t lay the luggage flat and no space to walk around. It’s not comfortable and beds are squeaky. You wouldn’t wanna spend time inside the rooms. At the same time, price is good value in Cannes.

The hotel is directly in front of the train station and only a short walk to the marina. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage in the morning. The room was comfortable with a private bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely surprise as it is served on the roof terrace and we sat outside with views over the city. The buffet offer a reasonable selection of items. Cannes is expensive and this hotel was no exception but it offered everything we wanted at a reasonable price when compared to the other hotels in the area.

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was great. The location was supreme especially since we arrived to the trainstation with all our bags and were able to drop them off within 2 min. Staff was also very nice!

Only thing was that you can really hear everything happening in the hallway. I got woken up by drunk commotion in the hallways that lasted for over an hour. As a young couple we did not mind, however if we would have brought our baby (as we originally planned) it would have been an issue

I found the location great, since I travelled by train and it is really only a few steps from the train station. The area is still good and since Cannes is very small, also close enough to the old town, market and beach. I would come again. The breakfast terrace is nice but small.

The quality of the breakfast is not superb but OK for the price of the room. You should not expect premium French cheese, etc. but the fresh little croissants and the baguette is good.

This hotel is perfect for a quick trip. The location is fantastic on a pedestrian street near nice shopping and restaurants. I was in Cannes for a convention at the Palais, which is about a 5 mins walk. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe, the reception was always there and welcoming. The rooms have good temperature control. The bed is comfortable and the housekeeping is excellent. The price was great value for the area, really happy I stayed at L Esterel.

The rooms are dated, slightly small, limited closet space and the lighting could be better.

We liked everything! The location was great, rooms were clean and cozy, the receptionist who works at daytime and evenings was super friendly and also the receptionist who worked on monday morning. We loved that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggages in it, as we arrived few hours earlier before the check-in time, so we were able to have a walk/lunch withouth carrying our stuff. We would definitely come back!

Amazing hotel with an equally amazing 6th floor rooftop terrace. A decent breakfast is served on the terrace with gorgeous views. The staff is top notch. Comfortable reception area. I really liked the room. Cozy, clean, window sill table, adjustable blinds. Train station opposite. But you don't feel much movement, the street is lined with cafes and restaurants. But everything is on the level. Loved the hotel!

Staff was kind and cheerful! Room is clean and I can see outside through the window. It was good! Parking lot is near the hotel. Palais des festivals,Shopping shops and restaurants are along the street. l can walk to the beach also! Breakfast is good at the 6th floor(if you pay) It has a good view! attractive place!

Everything was good! But The next room’s voice was big! But I didn’t want to make a trouble(understandable)
