Handy location as we were jumping on trains to explore area as well as being close to everything on foot in Cannes. Room was very clean and cleaned each day of our stay. It's ideal if you are out and about & just need a nice room for a siesta and nights sleep. There was a kitchenette in our room which was an unexpected bonus. Great boloungerie just around corner with huge choice of delicious, reasonably priced goods. If you want to shop designer goods you are literally just around the corner from streets of stores. Beach and Bars & Restaurants all in close walking range.

It was noisy at night and early morning which is just down to location as it's above bars and a busy street below which is frequently used for people crossing from train/bus station proceeding into Cannes. But we slept well on our comfortable beds and were tired from enjoying busy days out.

This is a fantastic budget option for Cannes. Better than some 3/4 star hotels! Truly you are in a perfect area - so close to station - literally 30seconds - AND 2/3 mins walk to the beach. The cool restaurant vibe is literally round the corner. You have everything on your fingertips. The room was spacious. Nice balconies too. we had 2! Comfy bed. Not too firm, but not soft. I LOVE coffee and the Coffee pods almost like a proper barista coffee. Win! :) I'm a light sleeper so usually I look for reviews about street noise... Well, we were on the street side, and I barely heard a thing... Magical. Rainfall shower powerful and hot! Yes! There are steps for those not easy on their feet, so do note that.. But nothing more than a usual house staircase. Honestly everyone, it's a GEM! You will be so glad you booked it. Especially if you are planning to be out IN beautiful Cannes and not in your hotel room!

We stayed 3 nights in room nr 23 on the second floor with a french balcony opening to the backyard. Very calm and quite. The room is small (as shown in pictures on the website) but absolutly ok, with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a door and window. The hallway and the stairs are very nice, very clean, very quite, as newly refurbished. All the staff very friendly, very effective, respect to the cleaning staff doing an amasing job! We made our booking 1-2 days before check-in and got the last room available. Next time we will ask for room nr 14 on the first floor wich also is to the back of the hotel. Spacious, light and airy, beautiful! Highly rekommend this hotel!

Would have appreciated a few more utensils in the kitchenette and possibility to wash the dishes on your own.

Sylvio was so lovely and welcoming. The room was basic, clean, and provided the right amenities. Location was perfect. Close to 0 issues with this stay and I would 100% come here again! It also felt very safe despite being quite central.

There perhaps could've been some more separation between the bedroom and bathroom. It was only separated by a sliding door, but still had gaps either side of the door so didn't feel very private.

This hotel is incredible !! I loved my stay here. Not only is it affordable, but also extremely modern and comfortable - a very well-established place ! The staff were both friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are even better in person. I’m so glad I came across this hotel and decided to stay here ! I loved Cannes and Hotel l’Hotera made my experience even more incredible. Definitely stay here when visiting Cannes - perfect for any kind of traveller !! 🥰🤩

Location... Cleanliness... Safety... Service... All this I found at this beautiful little hotel, excellently located between the station and the port, and only four minutes walk from the Croisette and the beaches. The room was extremely comfortable, expertly furnished and spotlessly clean, with a modern shower and comfy bed. Though the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, there are several restaurants, bakeries & cafes just a few seconds away. Housekeeping and cleanliness are top-notch. Both Marco and Silvio were warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing help when needed. Highly recommended!

Value for the money Fast wifi Clean and safe Great location in the middle of the downtown Everything walking distance, groceries stores, cafes, restaurants, shopping In front of the train station Quiet - Equipped room: AC, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, small fridge, kitchen ustensils - The room is not very big, bring only small suitcases, not big ones. - It is more like a hotel apartment, so there is no lobby hotel, you will find at the entrance directly the stairs to go to your room.

Very nice hotel, close to the railway station (basically 20m, so really good if you plan to explore Cote d'Azure by train), and also not far away from city center and the beach. Also very friendly and nice staff, provided a lot of good insights, e.g. one tipp: if you go to the most eastern point of La Croisette the water will be cleaner.

Worth to mention that they are very small hotel and do not have an elevator, might be important for some travellers. Also in my room shower was combined with a WC in one space, what looks aesthatically nice, but not really comfy to use WC after shower (maybe consider adding a curtain or smth).

Close to train station yet also close to trendy streets for dining. Super clean room and excellent bed. People running hotel are very pleasant. By no means a luxury experience, just a simple reasonably priced room. And with a bonus of a refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine and dishes and wine classes. I recommend this place. Watch out: no lift. I was on the top floor which was fine for me but if you do not care for stairs ask for a lower level.

The television was so small, it was like a laptop hanging on the wall! Why bother! I would remove it, as most people will use their own computers. Internet was fast by the way.

Honestly, this should be higher than a 2 star hotel. Very spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. You can see the owners took great care in creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space. The location is great, close to good restaurants and the train station and the man shopping street and the beach. I highly recommend it!
