Welcoming homely feel. Owners are present in the hotel and very much involved with the day to day running and ensure you are happy during stay. Hotel is decorated beautifully. Breakfast on roof terrace was a lovely touch. Room and Bathroom very clean and comfortable. We booked the suite with the courtyard so had private area to sit out and relax and soak up the sun. Nice area very close to beach, promenade, shops, restaurant etc.

Need to be really picky here to find something we didnt like and this is down to personal preference but we prefer a closed wardrobe and chest of drawers rather than the open wardrobe/shelves.

Aurelien at the front desk was so welcoming, like family. Very helpful in every way, from giving tips about Cannes to troubleshooting as needed. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming! Our selected room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The rooms have a touch of luxury and lots of attention to detail, including Edison light bulbs. The location is perfect, close enough to all the action, but far away enough from the noise and the expensive hotels on Croisette. If we were to come to this destination again, we would definitely stay here.

We would have preferred a room on the upper floors, but I believe those might be more expensive, and we didn't pony up.

This boutique hotel was everything I wanted while visiting Cannes. It is comfortable, stylish, and convenient to everything. It is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the train station. The best part of Villa Pruly is Nicole and Aurelien. They are friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone, but I felt like every time I returned from my days outing, I was coming home to be met with a smile and overflowing kindness.

Very charming small Hotel, with a nice breakfast room and 2 terraces/garden. Even if my bedroom was small, It was perfect (maby a small fridge and a boiler would be appreciate)? The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. But the best things of this Hotel, are the people who are working in this place: the owner, a very kind woman who pay attention on each request of the guests, making everything by her own with pleasure and passion, taking time to discuss with you with curiosity and discretion. And the employee, helping at the desk. The breakfast was simple but with very good food. I highly recommend this place.

The owner welcomed us for the check in and she was so nice! you can tell when someone works with passion and this is the case! the hotel looks more like a hotel boutique and its decor it’s beautiful! there’s a lot of attention to detail. also, location is great! 7 min walk to all the restaurants and beach area. we found parking easily 2 streets from the hotel. it was free on Sundays and during working days you need a ticket from 8 to 12h and from 14 to 19! hope that helps 😊

if I would improve something that would be the size of our bed, it was a bit small for 2 people. Also the fact that we were at the bottom floor and at some point at 1am guest arrived at the top floor and we could hear them walking and that woke us up, but it wasn’t that bad!

The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and the room was incredibly quiet, extremely comfortable, and with great air conditioning. The room was equipped with plenty of hangers, an iron and board, and had a fridge for us to store our own refreshments.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - great tea and coffee selection but there was only bread, croissants, yogurt, and cereal on offer.

Arriving as a tired and sweaty cyclist the welcome was magnificent. Really helpful with all the baggage to this really beautiful and unique property The room was superb, the breakfast excellent and ‘served’ to guests. Such a rarity these days with wonderful coffee and local products All in all a different and extremely good experience. Highly recommend

The hotel is a great little gem with lots of green space, neat, tidy and colorful thematic rooms, breakfast was also great and our host Nicole had top notch responsiveness as well. Great stay, would go again!

The only complaint I can muster is for our room's (Scarlett) bathroom door, there was a conversion there, where a normal door was removed, and a sliding door was put in its place, but it's too far away from the wall and one can literally see the other person sitting on the toilet 💩

The location was in a street running Parallel to the train station. Funnily enough this did not disturb our sleeping and we did not really hear the trains at all. The owner was fantastic, listened to our every requirement and acted immediately. She made us feel wanted and important.

There are always improvements to be made, but honestly we had nothing to critique.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The villa's location is convenient, close to the train station and a few minutes from the sea. It's a very cozy and peaceful place, more suitable for couples or people looking to relax.

The breakfast is tasty, but I would have liked some hot dishes.
