Excellent location - short walk from the station. Close to restaurant's and bars. Staff very good. Would stay again - but be firm with the air-conditioning as they seem to be able to control the settings from another area.

Airconditioning not very good. First night we had to call the desk and the issues was resolved. apparently, they can override the room settings from reception. Second night the air con again was terrible and they desk staff unable to resolve. Very hot and uncomfortable night which was a shame as everything was fabulous.

The locatiion was absolutely spot on, literally on a street where restaurants were 20 metres away. The 50% price reduction on the car park was a huge bonus we ended up paying 25 euros for 2 nights which is great value for money. Received a small gift on arrival to the bedroom.

Asked for a kettle but there was only a coffee maker in the room. There were no tea bags, so asked for a camomile tea bag and was shocked to be charges 3 euros for it on departure

The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of Cannes city center. Very close to the train station as well.

We were asked to pay a guarantee fee at the check-in, though this was not mentioned when we completed the booking. It would be great if this could be outlined prior to the check-in.

It was our second time in this hotel, location is great, the hotel is clean, rooms are fresh, AC, toiletries, simple but good for the price you pay.

Since our last visit the hotel stopped providing free water bottles in the room, the used to give 1 pp per day, now only per stay and they charge you for beach towels - minor thing but still

Very good price/quality rate, 1 minute walking distance to train station, 10 minutes to the beach. Clean spacious room, providing batch robes and slippers, nice view from the balcony, friendly stuff, nice and sweet accessories inside the room.

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good but not too many choices. Air conditioning worked well.

A lot of noise from street. The window was damaged and could not be closed. Really need a fix. Bathroom becomes all wet when showering.

Location excellent, rooms small but it is a boutique hotel, exceptionally clean, fresh linen and towels every day. Reception staff all lovely and so welcoming and helpful.

Desk offered to call us car for airport in AM. I asked price and said it should be about 55 euros. It was late and he charged us 100 euros, no credit card machine. Soundproofing needed. Can hear street noise and hallway/other rooms.

Location was perfect, many restaurants and bars around. Approximately 10 min away from the beach

Two coffee capsules were given only upon arrival, they were not renewed during our stay

Elevator needs an upgrade , housekeeping need to find better timings to clean and vacuum the corridors not early morning when guests sleeping
