Brilliant location right by the bridge to the old town. Fabulous view from rooftop bar. Modern, clean comfortable hotel. Nice small indoor pool area. Water dispensers on each floor are a plus too.

Overall very good. A mini fridge would have been a nice extra feature.

It is a unique and very comfortable rooms Hotel .bedding and viscounts are excellent, underground parking. Amazing location next to the castle and it’s walls.

There were no hair drier or sleepers in the room fpr being a 4 * could be improved. As regards to the breakfast absolutely not recommended … as they have a pathetic little choice and only ham and hard boiled eggs as a salty part of it …breakfast time is from 7-10 . At 9:40 I was sold at the reception ( and not only to me ,there were several other guests after me ) there wa a promised freshly squeezed juice (there was was only the concentrate of full of sugar!!!) No bread or pastries and breakfast manager said we have no more ) that’s for the price of €18 per Person , hilarious . I would liken to be refunded for this terrible “breakfast” experience as I had to go to another pastry shop afterwards to have a decent one … Enjoy the hotel but avoid breakfast !!!

The location of the hotel was great to see both the citadel and the medieval town as it is located directly by the bridge linking the two areas. The check in process was efficient and staff were helpful, particularly the guy on breakfast duty on our first morning. The view from the rooftop was great and from the breakfast room though better when the doors were open as the glass was a little marked. The rooms were perfectly acceptable for our needs and the place seemed very clean overall. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a short stay if the citadel and old town are on your list.

The view from our balcony was a little limited as we were only on the first floor but that was ok for two nights and I think we could have upgraded for a better view if we had wished.

Amazing location on the river with a fantastic view of the old city from the room and the restaurant. Secure underground parking was a bonus and not expensive at 10 euros. We ate in the restaurant which had a great menu and very good food. The pool was being painted so unable to use it but the view again is amazing. You cannot beat this hotel for location, amenities and value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfortable. We were given an upgrade with a small balcony and fab view.A great place to stay for a visit to Carcasonne!

The only criticism would be that our room was quite small and the dark decor made it feel even smaller. Having said that, it is in keeping with the theme of the hotel..just not to our taste. Would however stay again if visiting the city. If you're not going to be spending much time in your room the hotel is pretty hard to beat in terms of value!

The property was modern and had a really good vibe. It’s not like a regular hotel with a reception area for booking it was a couple of young French individuals sitting by a laptop in black trousers and black branded T-shirts booking you in which to us took the stuffiness out of the way hotels operate. It was more like meeting friends who greeted you on your arrival. All staff spoke very good English was language wasn’t an issue. The hotel is quirky with dark walls mood lighting similar to the rooms but it works. The room we had wasn’t the biggest but it was comfortable and the toilet was separated from the shower room which was a blessing, especially for anyone who has a partner who spends ages in the shower. The hotel is decorated with art throughout which is available for purchase. The breakfast was typically French with various selection of cheeses, meats, cereals and yogurt along with cakes and fruit. Overall this was a very comfortable snd pleasant stay, much more of an experience than a hotel stay. All the staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional, my only disappointment was that I didn’t get anyone’s name to give them a shout out but all the girls in the reception area were fabulous. We checked out on the day of the Euro 2024 game between Spain and France so not too sure what the mood will be in the morning but I’m sure this wouldn’t impact the staff too much.

The wasp that bothered us at the roof top open area but there’s not much the hotel could do about that. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel.

Fabulous view - had booked a twin room with balcony and cite view. Location was brilliant for visiting surrounding area. I liked having kettle and coffee machine in room. The pool was a bonus and was very pleased that towels were provided there. Once again a fabulous view! The breakfast was excellent- so much choice and well set out. I’d certainly revisit.

I disliked the lack of information in the room. Instructions on using the coffee machine (I don’t have one at home). Also no reminders about pool times/bar opening times/ checkout times etc. You did not always have a person at the desk to ask- I like a hotel room to give me info. We ate once in the restaurant but it was disappointing in quality-although it was well presented. Only 1 option for a vegetarian- it felt like I was eating at a local cafe ( did not match your website photos). We didn’t know it was a bank holiday when we booked the trip and were surprised your bar and restaurant were closed for 2 days. We had lovely evening meals at other restaurants instead.

Amazing location! Loved the views from the balcony, pool, rooftop. Easy to walk over to the old city and so lovely and peaceful. Staff were helpful and it was nice that we could park for free nearby (the paid garage is a bit expensive but when we were there the lots nearby had spots). The restaurant and bar were closed as it was Sunday but we wanted to spend time in town anyway. Nice little coffee shop area and overall a great choice!

The garage parking is expensive. Bummer that the rooftop bar was closed, but not really an issue. The pool could use a couple more comfortable seating options.

The location was excellent - very near the bridge to the Citadel and close to the main City too. Easy to walk to from the Shuttle bus. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having a pool was a bonus. Fantastic views of the Citadel. Breakfast was delicious with huge variety and choice.

There were no shelves, cupboards or drawers to put anything away. Apart from a few hangers we had to live out of the suitcase for 5 days. The room was very dark (black) and quite sombre. My friend's bedside light didn't work which we reported on the first day. Nothing was done about it the whole stay. There was a horrible smell on the stairs.

The room was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom! The hotel itself was perfectly located along the canal and just on the bridge crossing over to the medieval city. The bar hosted perfect views over to the city. It was walking distance from the train station and the town centre. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops within very close proximity.

The view from the room looked over a car park at the rear of the hotel so would choose a room with a view over the canal or medieval city if I were to stay here again.

The position of the hotel, with an amazing view over the citadel. The staff was amazing, they helped us anytime we asked them, even booking a taxi for us in the evening for the next day. The size of the room was acceptable, very clean, especially the bathroom. We had dinner one day and the food was amazing ☺️ and the wine also.

The bed was sooo high, basically you had to climb on the bed (is not necessarily a bad thing, there might be people who like that, it wasn't our case), the main light in the room wasn't working. One thing that could be changed: the light in the separate room, where the toilet was - it was warm light; the room is very small and probably a cold light would be better. And the breakfast, but it is the same situation in all hotels in France, so far: no vegetables 😭. Good pastries, good coffee but no vegetables.
