Best Western Hotel & SPA Coeur De Cassis

Loved the spa, especially the sensory shower it was amazing. Wish more spas had one of them. The staff were friendly, the bed was really really comfy and the location was absolutely perfect. I actually don't think it could have been more perfect location, 30 seconds from the centre and the port and beach but down a really quiet street next to the police station so it was silent outside

Rooms bit dated, bathroom particularly and the shower door wouldn't close so could only keep the shower on low to make sure water not on floor. This was room 111 so maybe get sliding door fixed. Such a minor thing though for an otherwise fantastic stay.

Everything. We loved this hotel. Out of all of the hotels (7) we stayed in on our trip, this was our favorite. It was also the LEAST expensive. The location was perfect, our room was great, but the staff, they are the real heroes of this story. They (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) were fabulous. Truly a delightful place to stay. If we ever come back to Cassis, there's no question, we'd stay here. I will recommend your hotel to everyone I know!

Lovely friendly staff. Stayed here to hike the calanques and it is in a great location for this. Spa pool was much appreciated after the hiking. The hotel upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic and really topped it all off. Very happy.

Spa pool open later in the day would be great so we could use it when arriving late instead of the next morning.

I was pleasantly surprised about the architectural design: the hotel blends in with the town quite well. I had walked right past the hotel because it didn't draw attention to itself--like hotels normally do.

The air conditioning didn't work; when I told the receptionist, she said they had known about it for a while. Wouldn't it make sense to repair it?

Centrally located in Cassis, you're just steps away from the waterfront and restaurants. I really enjoyed the sauna and pool. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly.

The room was so tight that there wasn't even enough room to unfold my luggage (slightly larger than an average carry-on), but it's not the end of the world. The room was pleasant.

It took over three weeks for the BW to remove the hold they placed on my debit card despite paying our bill when we checked out. Hotel did not respond to any of my direct communication until I contacted head quarters. An irritation.

Lovely bathroom, very modern looking and clean. Perfect location, could not be any better location wise. Nice small spa, great facility. The receptionists were very helpful in informing of places to eat, places to travel to. About 30 mins walk from the Calanques hiking starting point.

The location was perfect. right in the centre of town, close to the ferry rides to the collonques. the room was kept spotless and the bed was great. we didn’t use the spa in the wellness centre, but it was lovely to have a large balcony where we would have a drink in the evening.

The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny.

Front desk gentleman gave us an upgrade. we had a beautiful firework display outside of our balcony! The hotel is right in the town center and close to the beach too.

There is no taxi or Uber in Cassis. They should have a hotel shuttle from the cassis station.

Very clean comfortable room, great breakfast and friendly welcoming staff.

The plug in the bathroom sink was broken and kept getting stuck which I mentioned twice to recption; the bathroom had no hooks to on the wall or behind the door to hang towels or clothes.
