Excellent all round quality, genuinely helpful staff, and extremely important, especially in Cassis, very good secure parking provision in the hotel grounds. Very pleasant lady at the desk who seemed firmly in charge, possibly May have been the owner.

Would have liked tea and coffee provision and a corkscrew in our room. Not wanting to cause offence but we felt that no provision of a corkscrew was rather obviously meant to deter anyone from buying a bottle of wine from the super-U and enjoying a glass in the evening sunshine on the pleasant terrace adjoining our room instead of using their mini-bar which had no wine anyway, somewhat mean-spirited - bit of a pity in our view.

A quiet hotel with free, private outdoor parking, very close to the center of Cassis. Comfortable rooms with large balconies! The rooms are equiped with refrigerators! We stay in this hotel every time we visit Cassis! I can't comment on the breakfast, we always have breakfast in one of the cafeterias at the waterfront!

The internet was too slow in room 202 yesterday, and therefore I could not watch the news in my computer. I do not know if it is a general problem or the internet is slow only in this room. During our last visit in April we did not have this problem!

Perfect location, 5 minutes to the centre of cassis, beach & restaurants but far enough away not to be noisy. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts each morning. Pool & sunbathing area better than photos with lush planting & plenty of sun beds & seating.

No restaurant for evening meals or snacks if you didn’t want to dine out.

No kettle or coffee machine in room, however you could access hot water and coffee in the dining room.

We had one night at the hotel. Great location and really lovely, helpful and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, well presented with a lovely balcony.

It was a shame that the pool does not open until mid May and the gardens were having some work done but we were ahead of the main season. We were leaving early so did not have the breakfast.

Location, Pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed! The staff were always helpful and friendly especially helping us figure out how to get around with the difficulties of getting a taxi in the Cote d'Azur!

The beds are the true test, and it was very comfortable, even the pillows, which are important. Great shower. The room was very clean. We did not use the pool.

Good location with easy walk into centre. Very friendly staff who let us check in early and allowed us to leave our car in the hotel car park after we checked out so we could spend more time in Cassis before leaving for our next destination.
