Hôtel Les Roches Blanches Cassis

Was one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had in any hotel, Staff where very approachable and helpful. It wasn't yet full season, so not all the restaurants were open. But for me this was better as the hotel had less guests.

I liked everything. If they had washed my car, which was dirty from the 10plus hour drive to them, it really would have been the icing on the cake

Stunning property, stunning views, lovely well equipped well sized room. Concierge was exceptional.

A little snafu with the gate to the pool gate being locked outside my room. When I called the front desk I was told to walk around, which meant locking up my room, having to parade outside in a bathrobe, to the main gate in the other side, which kind of defeated the purpose of pool access from your own patio. Not sure why they couldn’t just unlock the gate. It turns out the pool wasn’t heated anyway. And the “heated” pool was a bit too cold. We had a late night incident with sheets. My bed was made up but when I got in after a nice shower it was full of sand and black hairs (not mine) 🫢 The gentleman on overnight duty kindly came rushing to change the sheets at midnight, but it was a bit unsettling to think about how the sheets were in that state.

The hotel is a gem in an exceptional location. We enjoyed every minute of it - enjoying a spectacular view over the Cassis Bay in a superb hotel built in on the rocks over the sea. All the details have been carefully thought of. The food is excellent; the staff very professional and helpful. What France can deliver at its best! Would definitely come back.

We could have done with a slightly bigger room and outdoor space to sit and enjoy the view. We will need to upgrade next time :-)

Everything! Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view in an adorable town in the south of France. The staff was so lovely and nice. A shuttle is available to take you down to the harbor, which is nice. The rooms were comfortable and we were upgraded to a ro with a sea view/balcony just because. The day beds/lounge chairs are comfortable and are at no extra charge. The 2 infinity pools are amazing. I will 100% stay at this hotel again in the future, I didn't want to leave. The buffet breakfast that's included has a lot of variety and is delicious. I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel.

The only small issue we had was that something came dislodged from the drain in the shower that created a bad smell for an evening. The staff was very accommodating to try to help us and they were able to partially solve the problem by fixing that the next morning. We were told that the remaining musty smell was in part an issue of intermittent thunderstorms and the plumbing in a building in a small town. There was never an offer to chang ine rooms to address the problem, despite 3-4 phone calls about the same issue, so that was the one hiccup we had.

A brilliant and charming hotel - superb location and very classy atmosphere.

Allocated (at first) a room literally in the car park next to the spa, which resembled a large storage room. No one could have been happy with its location. After complaining, but being told initially that there were no further options, given a good regular room with sea view at extra cost.

Perfectly situated on a cliff w a view of the town center and within walking distance to les Calanques - this is the ideal seaside getaway. A gorgeous resort w all the amenities and exceptional service from a friendly and accommodating staff. I will definitely come back

It’s a minor complaint, the rain shower in the bathroom tended to flood the bathroom or not drain properly. Not anything to keep anyone away but just a note

The breakfast was excellent, as were the meals we had at the two restaurants and also the restaurant service. The views from the restaurants were pretty. The view from our room was beautiful, but the room was a a bit small.

The staff was in general very attentive, helpful and professional. Only at the checkout the personnel was rather haughty and not very efficient.

Hotel les Roches Blanches in Cassis is an absolute gem. We had an amazing stay, the location, the view, the staff, car valet service, breakfast and its incredible sea view terrace... everything is top 5 stars experience

The cocktails MUST be improved at the restaurant next to reception. We'd recommend to hire a proper bartender. We ordered aperol spritz and got glasses of 25cl class full of ice. There was like 10cl of beverage for 19 euros which was really not nice due to very wrong dosage. Missing such a basing cocktail cooled us off so we went back to the room while we could have stayed out and drink another few.

Each and every of the the staff members are attentive, polite and can’t do enough to help. The location is sublime with lovely views, great views and the restaurants and the infinity pool. 10 minute walk to port and restaurants and a 15 minute walk the other way to the stunning hikes to be had along Les Calanques

nothing to complain about. one thought I had was for those in wheelchairs. many of the areas are not disabled friendly but this is not hotel specific

The hotel is located on top of white cliffs overseeing the Cassis bay having magnificent views all day around. The hotel restaurants and breakfast were top notch. The best part is the team running the hotel, all were extremely friendly, very professional and helpful.

We've got a great room but it's location on the 1st floor next to the hotel entry was a bit off putting.
