The room was lovely - we had a family room and it was perfectly laid out. It was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night, but we were given recommendations of where we could eat and we got tickets for the castle from Reception. My daughter lost her favourite toy while we were there and we only realised when we were back in England. They not only found the toy, but also arranged for it to be sent back to us. The service was amazing!

After the Chantilly races this was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The room was spacious with nice racing touches. After unpacking heading out to find dinner options was easy as there were a good number of restaurants in the centre ville. The breakfast was simple but nice despite the staff being detached and unhelpful. The late check out of 11.00am allowed us to take a pleasant morning walk.

Apart from the lady at Reception on arrival, all other staff were abrupt and uninterested.

Location was good. Room very nice. Good breakfast.

I had booked car parking but was told only a small space available, when I showed the email from Best Western one bigger became available. Upon departure the bill was more than expected, I queried this but was told it was correct, when I got to my car I found my booking confirmation so returned and once again things changed. Just a bit disappointed in having to argue about what was rightfully mine.

We especially liked the big steam room. We were able to privatize it for almost an hour (but there was an extra cost of 15€ per person). The bed was comfortable.

It was close to the train station, but a pretty long walk from the chateau (25 min). The breakfast buffet would have been better if the scrambled eggs were real eggs instead of that yellow stuff they make from a powder, and if the hot dishes were really hot.

The family rooms were spacious enough for 4. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant area was pretty and offered a great option for gathering with our group. Walkable to the train station to go into Paris (40 minute ride). Walkable to the palace and horse track.

Parking was a little difficult with a large van. However, since we didn’t move the van until we left it worked out.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Chantilly, 15-20 minute walk to the Chateau, close to the hippodrome, centre ville and the station. High standard of facilities, room was lovely and had a park view. Warm welcome from all staff, especially the breakfast maitre’d - she was outstanding.

A gym or wellness centre would have been a bonus.

Very decent location, near the train station and one of the two main streets filled with restaurants. About 20-25mins walk to the castle, but there are some busses, and if you decide to walk, the town is nice. Room was huge with a beautiful balcony and a view on the internal garden. There's a safe, a mini fridge with complementary water, juice, and soft drinks (and a free refill from room service) Bed was huge too (200cm I think), with decent pillows, clean sheets. You have full control over the A/C. And the bathroom was super clean with excellent shower (water temp & pressure), and Uriage toiletries. Breakfast was average (good drink options, nice pastries and croissants, some breads, yogurt and milk, cornflakes, etc...)

Pillows could be a little more firm. Breakfast only had two kinds of cheese (we're in France!) and no fresh veggies at all (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, etc...). The eggs and bacon were so-so too.

Staff very good and helpful, Hotel right near central attractions easily reached on foot. Food really good. Accessible room excellent

The underground car park is not suitable for larger cars with top box. (It’s not tall enough inside the car park) Ask staff to use outside car park especially if you have a less able person in your party.

Great location, clean and modern

The fact that on arrival they said the bar and restaurant were closed. There was only one restaurant open in Chantilly that night and the hotel had several guests arriving so not to have their restaurant open, I didn’t think was very good

location was amazing. views of a castle or chateau from our windows. we loved the family room set up with a half wall between the beds actually gave some privacy and helped with noise traveling. location to the center of chantilly and the castle was unbeatable!

nowhere to put our toiletries in the shower only a half of a shower door was inadequate in keeping you warm in the shower and the shower water in and with only a hand held shower head it was incapable of being turned front on for even washing. could have used a concierge to help us with booking activities and sorting out where things were.
