A quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower, and the mini kitchen was useful to prepare own breakfast. All night welcome desk makes a late check-in possible. On the whole, very clean. A modern hotel that I will certainly return to next time I visit Clermont Ferrand.

Strangely, the hotel wifi prevented me from accessing my emails directly but allowed browsing. Room cleaning could have been more thorough, there was hair in two places in the bathroom and a ball of hair on the floor of the bedroom. A broken loo-roll holder has not been repaired. The notices about penalties and extra cleaning charges detract from the experience. The microwave display panel needs covering otherwise it lights up the room at night.

Break&Home was in a very good location for us. It is a modern building with easy access and a reliable lift. The staff were very friendly, extremely polite and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, the shower was a walk-shower. Our room and shower room were scrupulously clean as were all the public areas. The equipment in the room was in good order there was enough for 2 people and again was excellently clean. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. We would stay there again and we would choose to have a breakfast.

We would be very pleased to stay there again. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This is a very modern hotel, including facilities for self-catering, laundry and more. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking is gated and secured. The surrounding residential and office building area is pleasant. It takes 10 minutes to walk up to the old centre of Clermont-Ferrand with its many churches and historic buildings, and lively streets with bars, restaurants and shops. We stayed only one night but would certainly return here for a longer stay when the occasion arises.

The entrance hall is very comfortable. The room is quiet, the bed is big, the mattress comfortable and the pillows very good. Also, there was new sanitary ware.

The refrigerator was out of order, and the receptionist knew this but did not mention when my room was assigned. The hotel was not entirely occupied so they could give me another room without problems. This caused me discomfort for two days out of three. On the third day, it was repaired. During the three days I stayed, the garbage was not taken away nor the room was cleaned.

It was a basic but good accommodation for our overnight stay. For a short stay this hotel is OK. Location in a walking distance to downtown. Elevator. Kitchenette good to prepare simple meals. Very affordable price

Secure parking (extra charge). No direct door to parking, but we were lucky to find a parking place just in front of the hotel entrance and it was a sunday, ie, no fees. Small rooms equipped with small kitchenettes. The hotel location is close to downtown but the surroundings are a bit rundown.

Excellent location, close to amenities. Had its own secure private car park. Easy to find , comfortable rooms, lovely friendly helpful staff very clean and tidy. Receptions areas of the hotel were immaculate and great choice at breakfast.

We have a Range Rover and found the car park quite small and tight but the reception staff were very helpful regarding sorting us a big enough space

Shower head in one of the rooms was broken leading to a lot of erratic spraying! Area was a 10 minute walk to the main centre and the walk takes you through some very quiet streets which is fine during the daytime but in the evening it is quite dark and quiet.

Very good continental breakfast with possibility of boiled eggs and toast as well as cheeses and cold meat, viennoiserie, etc. Great little kitchenette in spacious bedroom. On a quiet road. Great shower. Very pleased I booked parking as nowhere available nearby.

The coffee was too hot from the machine at breakfast - burnt my mouth! No hairdryer. Bed was a bit hot and sweaty because of plastic mattress protector.

This is an interesting residence hotel with modern new rooms equipped with small kitchenettes. We were easily able to cook a meal even though the kitchenette was quite basic. It was a comfortable quiet room on the edge of the old town. It was perfectly suitable for our needs on a long journey through France to the Channel. The staff was very friendly and the secure parking next door was very much appreciated.

Excellent value, very good kitchen facilities in the room and the car park is very secure. Friendly staff, everything was really straightforward and pleasant. We’re travelling via car and this was a super stop over, would defo stay here again.
