Fantastic friendly welcome when we arrived. The family room was more of a suite with a separate room for our 2 teenage children which was perfect. The room was spotless, attractively decorated and lots of facilities 2 tvs, plenty of power and USB sockets, lovely bathroom, aircon - we really can’t fault it. No on-site restaurant ( just a breakfast room - breakfast was excellent as well) but a 10% discount for hotel residents at the steak-house next door (also great service and there are vegetarian choices which 2 of our party had and enjoyed)

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Will book other hotels in the Quality chain in future.

A great location for us as it was on the northern outskirts of the town (the direction from which we arrived/left) and a short walk from the tram stop to take us into the centre. It was also 7 minutes' drive from IKEA (which we were also visiting). That said, other than the neighbouring restaurant (which was very good - see below), there is nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity - unless you like artificial ski slopes. Other that the hand basin plug being ineffective and the space at the foot of the bed limited, there were no disappointments. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in very early, the room was pleasant and breakfast was fine. A 10% discount was available at the steakhouse next door and the restaurant's staff were very friendly and the food was very nice (for possibly the first time ever, the food delivered to the table looked exactly the same as the photographs in the menu).

The hand basin plug simply didn't work. The bathroom also looked a little tired. The space between the foot of the bead and the desk area was very limited.

Excellent room with 2nd bedroom attached. Large comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated room. Free car parking Easy to find from A71. Next to restaurant and approx 500m to tram into town centre. Safety deposit box in room. Really good breakfast included within our room rate (normally 13 euro).

Some marks on corridor carpet - not an issue for us

The family room is huge & spacious. There are 4 of us and we could easily move around in the room without bumping into each other. The bed & pillows are so comfortable. We slept very well. There are many restaurants, bakeries near the hotel and about 8 minutes drive to town. We are on our way to Spain and this hotel is perfect for 1 night stay for us.

Clean room, with enough space just to sleep & go. You have small space to work with the laptop even. Decent breakfast. Nothing remarkable, but also nothing critical to say.

Bathroom is a little bit not comfortable and the panels on the walls were not made of ceramics. Fridge was not cooling down the beverage. :-/

Smelling cigarette smoke when trying to sleep. This was either coming from the ventilation system or someone smoking in the corridor. It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, in spite of the steakhouse next door. If you're not a meat eater, you're stuck with food from Uber Eats.

The location of the hotel is optimal, quite close to the city center and extremely easy to reach by car or public transport. Free private parking. Our room was a family suite, extremely clean and very spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub. Public transport is close by and easy to use. As an aside, the Michelin Museum is a few minutes away.

We would have liked to stay longer, but we were quite limited in terms of time.

Although the range of foods available for breakfast was wide the fee of €13 per person , in my view, was over priced.

i booked the room and i gurantee the booking with my creditcard and i choose to pay at the hotel but the man from the reception tryed to to take the payment from my card . i ask him why he want to take 102 euros from my card when i choose to pay at the hotel for the room . he told me they will keep the money umtil i check out like a guarantie if i broke something in the room . so i paid for the room 102 plus 60 euro guarantee . that seems not ok for me . The man at the front desk don’t want to give my room until i didn’t paid the 60 euros. i was with my wife and my 2 years daughter just to sleep 4 hours not to make some party

Although the hotel look very average from outside, the room was comfortable enough. Breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was nice. Location, not too close but not too far from the city center was ideal. There is a meat restaurant just behind the hotel (no vegan option around...). It's a good hotel for business traveller on a budget.

Looks like a motel from outside. COVID has made every hotel lobby a vending machine showroom... Bathroom was a bit small (for big guys especially). Overall the experience was good. No frills, just a plain hotel for overnight stay.
