Nice and clean hotel, because it is new (keep it that way also for the future). Friendly reception. Good firm bed (my personal preference). Location fortunately not too close to the railway station district but easy to reach in walking distance, less than 1000 m. Despite many guests in the morning around breakfast time, the 2 elevators were working nicely and were timely available, which is not always the case in other hotels. Reception open all day long. Mini market distributor for snacks and drinks. Good variety at the breakfast buffet for this class of hotels.

No restaurant in close reach. Just a salad bar (very healthy! with a friendly service). Hotel full of young kids due to close sporting stadium and sporting events. Luckily we had breakfast before the Tsunami of at least 30-40 kids came for breakfast. But hotel is obviously well organized for such big groups, so there was no shortage for the breakfast supply and the kids behaved in a rare well educated way.

24-hour front desk, really comfortable and clean. We could rest properly and the staff were very nice. We could park easily next to the hotel with a special price of 6.30€, we just gave them the entry ticket, and they gave us the exit ticket. A really good option to stop on our way to Paris.

They could offer more variety for breakfast: hot meals like eggs…, and other drinks for people who have allergies (gluten-free). We didn’t ask, and maybe they had it. But it could be more visible.

The hotel is a bit out of the centre, but it's located in a quiet area and close to the highway. The hotel is nice, simple and has everything you need. We didn't try the breakfast as we weren't very hungry and only had coffee and a croissant from the bakery that is outside of the hotel, but the breakfast buffet looked nice. Good value for the money and a great place to stay for a night or two.

All the rooms have automatic A/C and unfortunately they are not adjustable.

Comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We're a family of 5, and we just needed somewhere to sleep to break up a long drive. It's not fancy but was perfect for our needs. We were able to check in after midnight and park outside the door for a small fee. There is free parking but we had a roof box so that didn't work for us. There is a good value self-service breakfast available.

This has been our second time in Premier Classe Clermont. We love the place, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The bakery on the corner is so yummy, we always buy extra for the trip and it’s very near to the center. In this case we just stayed night because we had a long drive, perfect for couples and family, very comfortable beds and very clean and tidy. Thanks again. See you all soon.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful and lucky for us - English speaking. Left a phone behind and the guy called me next day to say that it had been found. Clean, comfortable beds, shower room great. Breakfast- very good and everything was refilled as soon as items were running out. Good location, not far from the train station and town centre.

It is a very good place to have rest on the way, the room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was very good, too. Great value for the money we paid!

It was impossible to find a place to have dinner in walking distance (and we really love walking) except McDonalds , though it was Saturday and not late at all. Well, there is a salad bar right next door, but after day-long driving we definitely were in need of proper dinner.

A clean and colorful hotel, very clean, in a nice area, very close to public transportation. Loved the room, the staff, big reception & breakfast area, amazing view of the city from our room. The windows can be opened so easy to get some fresh air in and we had two big windows, so plenty of natural light.

The breakfast was a bit dull, no options for eggs or anything cooked. So better get a breakfast nearby instead.

The shower was spacious and just fine. The mattress was comfortable...nice and firm...just how I like it. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location was good for me because the hotel is relatively close to the train station...that suited me. The price of the hotel for me was fair/good. I have paid quite a bit more for hotel rooms that aren't as good as this one. I would stay here again.

I didn't like not having coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I like a decaffeinated coffee in the evenings or sometimes a tea in the afternoon and I like 2 coffees in the morning before breakfast!! This is important for me and I think it is for the majority of other people too.

Enormous room (for Europe) and enormous bathroom , clean, comfortable, lots of sockets for the bettery chargers. The bedroom lights were good, although it took me a minute to find fhe switches on the bottom.Shower controls were also new to me, temperature control at oe end, volume control at the other. Great buffet breakfast. Tremendous value for the money.
