Location and room were both superb, the staff were amazing

The reason I chose that hotel was because of the pool, only it wasn’t a pool, it was far too small to be classed as a pool, it was too small to swim in. The photo was extremely deceptive and it was very disappointing when we saw the actual size

Comfy room with modern features. Great location in the centre of town, easy to walk to bars, restaurants and cognac houses. Helpful and friendly staff, providing recommendations for trips & helping book restaurant reservations. Lovely cocktail bar on-site. Nice pool and spa facilities. Private (paid) parking.

A few details felt dated in the hotel.

Very well located hotel in the centre of Cognac with great facilities such as the pool and steam room and a nice bar attached to the hotel. Private parking also in the hotel (though you will need to pre-arrange this with the hotel for a fee) which is very convenient and secure.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of everything. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s more from the lack of choice in Cognac if I’m honest. This time round the room we got was large and good size. Overall very comfortable stay and lovely staff.

Found it to be a bit too expensive for what it is.

Location was perfect, easy walking distance to all amenities. Breakfast was served in your room and was beautiful, my only complaint about it was that I ate too much!! Our room had a superb view of the central square and fountain and our en-suite gave us a delightful view of side streets as well. Beautiful building with a lot of history to it. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. Gave us a great briefing of our surroundings which added greatly too. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and we will be back.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The view was lovely out the window at the bustling Square. It was equipped with air conditioning and there were refreshments in the lobby.

This hotel is perfectly located on the main plaza. It looks regal from the outside and is beautiful on the inside. The decoration/cleanliness/ facilities were of a very high standard. All in all a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay there again.

The room was good, the hotel was in the middle of a roundabout in the centre of town, the view was over the city centre. Close to everything.

The staff were amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and armed with tons of information on things to do in the area i.e., tours, restaurants etc. The rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this property.

I wish the bar had a full menu with a variety of food options, otherwise this property is ideal in Cognac.
