This is our second stay and it was just as good as the first time. Good size room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Great location and on site parking at a very reasonable rate. An improvement in that the WiFi is now allowing 2 devices per room. The reception staff let us leave the car in the car park until after lunch again, much appreciated!

Very convenient to the center of town and shops and restaurants and near the Hennessey House. Room vas very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water gets extremely hot. The staff was professional and very helpful

The location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk to the town centre. We upgraded to a supermarket double and the room was a good size. Unfortunately with most hotels nowadays they don’t give you a mirror over the dressing table which I like which is why I didn’t mark as excellent. There was a car park to the hotel as well which was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

The location to Cognac centre and air conditioning in the rooms - it was 40 degree heat when we were there.

Would be great to have fresh milk in the fridge. There was an odd smell in the corridors. Parking - advertised as you have to pay €6 per day, the car park was full, however there is lots of parking all around the hotel for free which I think should be advertised as when we found out it was full, I had to research alternative options.

Clean and comfortable room. Super friendly reception. Location is superb. They let us check in early which was great as we were then able to go to the Cognac Blues Passion earlier than we hoped and they let us leave our car in the parking the next day until we had returned from lunch, which was so helpful.

Wifi in the room only one user at a time, these days more or less everyone has a phone with them.

The reception staff were excellent. The lady booked lunch in a lovely restaurant for us. The private car park was very secure. The gent served us a lovely nightcap at the lounge area beside reception.

The breakfast was continental so only tea/coffees and croissants/bread., fruit etc. Some of the other hotels in France we stayed in, also had lovely bacon and scrambled eggs but not here.

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels and extra pillows. Kettle and tea and coffee provided plus a small fridge and good air conditioning. Good sized bathroom with a nice big bath. Location right next to the town centre could not have been better for the action but still not at all noisy in the room.

Great hotel the staff are fabulous 🤩the breakfast was a lovely selection of french food. This was the best nights sleep I had all of the trip our bed was so comfy

Fantastic reception and a lot of help especially booking a restaurant on a Friday. The restaurant recommended was great. Perfect location near to centre but not too much traffic.

Breakfast was very limited in choice - especially compared to 6 other hotels we had stayed in on this trip. But we would stay again

Helpful and pleasant receptionist who spoke good English. Room and bathroom, with separate toilet were clean. Walking distance to the centre.
