Clean and good value. The bed was very comfortable.

The view. Room with a balcony was not worth the extra cost. The view was a dilapidated tower block opposite.

Hotel is great, the facility is very well equipped, very near the modern Paris - La defence, Metro is close. Room was clean, quiet, very comfortable.

The only downside is, that taxi (Uber, Bolt, booking.com) can not come to the hotel, but leave you on the street and you need to walk a little bit to the entrance. Only "official" taxis are allowed to come to the hotel entrance. We had difficulties to get the taxi on our way to the airport. Taxi we ordered through booking.com did not come on the way to the airport, we had to take the taxi in front of the next hotel.

Breakfast was not subscribed by me. Location of the facility is superb. Reason I choosed Citadines is becoz its just a 3 minute walk to the Metro Line 1 ( Esplanade La Defense station). Iam familiar with La Defense area as I had business meetings with a company whose head office is in the area many 2x years ago. You could have a nice walk from the facility to the Grand Arche (where M1 starts/ends) & marvel at the beatiful office buildings in this modern city of Paris.

The room door should have a stopper ( like a magnet) for it to be opened fully without holding it with hands do that the suitcases could be moved in easily. Also, there are connecting rooms for family

We were in town to watch Taylor Swift (!!) & wanted something close to the stadium.. it was perfect, attached to the metro which meant we could travel into the centre of Paris at our own leisure. Our room was on the smaller side but still perfect, everything we needed and then some for the price! The reception was really welcoming & the WiFi was excellent which was needed because my phone decided it didn't want to cooperate. 10/10!

Located close to metro.Room clean and ready early which was great after international flight.Cot was provided for our grandson when we had understood no cot could be provided so that was a bonus .Breakfast great.Having adjoining rooms with the lounge great.

Not sure of the servicing arrangements as not done during our stay and towels only replaced if managed to catch household staff when on request very willingly changed. Rubbish not emptied.And the bathroom was small...toilet behind the door made for interesting manoeuvres to access.Shower over bath...wouldn't want to be any less agile than we are :)

Location, very clean, friendly staff. Please note take the 2nd last stop from Les defence, otherwise it's a long walk with all your suitcases. Overall enjoyed our time

Everything was good but I would expect some complimentary tea / coffee and milk in the room. That's my only gripe... After a long journey no tea bags to be seen. Not a major issue as the staff gave me some when I asked BUT they had no milk. The closest shop in metro sells no milk and wesfeild shopping complex which is 15 to 20 minute walk was the closest place I could get milk. I just think it would have been great if complimentary tea and milk could have been orovided

The facility was very accommodating. They let us check in early when our rooms were ready. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the metro stop.

Overall my stay was good. I'm happy with the facility. I would like to make one recommendation. It would be nice if the front desk greeted me when I entered the lobby. It would feel more welcoming.

The apartment was excellent, clean, new, and wonderful facilities.The staff was nice.

The first thing: my reservation was not matched. I booked an apartment with a queen bed anda sofa with a bed and paid more to get a queen bed, but I got an apartment with two single beds, not two widths.. I did not get a queen bed even though I told them the details of my reservation. Second: There is no one who speaks Arabic, as you mentioned.

Room was bigger than expected. It was nice that the toilet was separate from the shower and in its own room. Beds were comfortable. Clean and in a good location that was just a short walk to the Metro station where the #1 train could get you into downtown Paris quickly. Excellent view from the balcony of Paris. Could easily see the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Couer and much more. Was really nice view at night!

The only thing we didn’t like was the inability to adequately control the temperature of the room to our liking. After talking to the hotel staff, this wasn’t an equipment issue (as we originally thought), but was due to local environmental regulations. So, be aware that the rooms there may be a touch warmer in the summer time and a touch colder in the winter time due to these rules.

The property is well located and 50 m to the esplanad la defence metro station. The area is safe and well lit. The area itself has an eiffel tower and arc de triumph view. Well equipped with microwave, hot plate, dishwasher. All in working order. Offers free coffee 24X7. 😄
