The hotel is in good condition and good place to stay over night. More suitable for business travels. Very close to public transport (Metro & Bus). Rooms was clean and well maintained. The LaDefence is in walking distance.

Hotel is quite out from tourist attractions, thus quite limited places around where to have a breakfast or dine. The street is undergoing rebuild activities till 2024, so a lot of construction activities by then. The breakfast on site is overpriced and hotel as well a bit.

I booked this place after an AirBnB I'd booked nearby fell through. I found it on Booking and the main thing that attracted me is the price was comparable to the AirBnB (I got a refund from them) and I didn't have to go far with my bags. It was fine - close to the Pont de Neuilly metro on the 1 line and with an OK breakfast. Staff was friendly. There are always cabs sitting and waiting on the roundabout in front of the hotel. The restaurant, Gloria, across the street was quite good for dinner.

I was disappointed when I entered that construction was going on in the lobby which probably explains the lower price. It turned out not to be a big deal - it was only in the lobby area. Breakfast was OK - I had it just one day. If you're just having croissants and coffee, the Cantine next door is a much better value. I found the room overly warm and the window opens only about 1" and I had to find something to jam in there to keep it open - that helped. Hotels all post these notices now that they are green and not giving you new towels unless you ask, but I got new towels every day despite hanging my towel to dry. I finally wrote a note saying "NO MORE TOWELS!!" There is supposed to be a bar on the 1st floor according to a thing in my room but it was never open.

One very annoying thing, is that the money you pay here from booking is only held on your credit card. And they ask you to pay the amount there so they can remove the hold on the card, seems unnecessary and made me need to have double the stay amount on my card. Second, it was a small room and for the price it wasn't bad compared to paris prices but compared to other places it is a bit expensive for the size and facilitates.

Hotel Paris Neuilly is a gem. The location is terrific, as it is only 100 meters from the Metro Line 1--and the stops on line 1--Arch du Triomphe, Champs d'Elysee , Tullaries, BHV, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, the Louvre, and le Marais. You are 300 meters from Bus 82--Direct to the Trocadero and Tour Eiffel. The room for Paris was spacious, with terrific service. We did not try the breakfast, but it always smelled terrific (we met with friends for dinner each night, and even thou it is Paris, one can only eat so much. The same hotel, if it were in city center, would easily be $400-500 a night. For a $2 metro or bus ride, you are really under 15 minutes from city center. The area around the hotel is "city like", yet in 5 minutes, you are in residential Neuilly--just beautiful. And, it was only a short walk from our favorite restaurant--Chez Papinou.

The "e-key" demagnetized very easily--that was the only negative. That is really not a big deal.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate the guest’s requests. The room and the bathroom were not very big but they were perfectly cleaned every day. The bed was very comfy. Location was perfect, lively neighborhood but not overly noisy, right by a major metro line but not a central location. The minibar was stocked every day with water, juice and soda at no charge. The Wi-Fi was free, and the buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room.

The atrium where they serve breakfast is an open space that amplifies all sounds. Sometimes in the morning you could hear the service noises from the breakfast area. My room was on the second floor- may be this is less of a problem on higher floors. The water pressure in the shower was very low. There are peeled paints on the bathroom wall (probably because of humidity) that were unsightly.

Somewhere here I read this hotel is a "gem" and it is true! Lovely, comfortable, a little luxury but not too much: friendly details such as bathrobes, a displaceable enlarging face mirror and free minibar, as well as delicate soaps show attention to customer needs, like the well-supplied breakfast with fresh fruit, soya/milk, eggs, bacon, cheeses, vegetables and pastries. Nice coffee! All the staff is really friendly and helpful. Marble bathroom was very clean and the beds richly comfortable. Nicely decorated, with an original inner atrium.

All fine. Perhaps some more hooks in the bathroom? Our bathroom was small, with nowhere to put clothes while showering. Water splashes on the floor unless you sit in the tub and even then... A shower curtain would help.

Location is great, very close to the metro. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Had a great view of La Defense area. Lots of great restaurants and a lovely bakery close to the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here.

Would have liked an outside sitting area to relax at the end of the evening.

Great location, close to metreo station, nice and helpful stuff, clean rooms, good bedding.

The only weakness might have been the breakfast, the place is more like a caffe, it was not enought place on tables to have plate and tea/coffeee or water if you were bigger group, also could be wider offer of the food.

Great location near to the metro and easy to travel into central Paris. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with decent air conditioning as it was pretty warm during our stay. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

Breakfast was a little pricey as choice was fairly limited but overall the product quality was okay.

The location was fantastic, on the 1 line which took us to a lot of the destinations we needed. It was quiet as we were there on a weekend, seems to be a business district so may have got busy during the week. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby though expensive (cheaper to eat by the Eiffel Tower??), The staff were amazing, they spoke great English and couldn't have been more helpful.

For what we required, I don't think there was anything for us to dislike about it. It would be really picky to highlight anything.
