Breakfast, comfy bed and desk in the room, nice statements and ducks all over the place. Water with lime at the reception :) Helpful staff.

I was not fully aware of kitchen usage - the first evening I got in and used the fridge and hot water, the second day as it was closed I got to know it was not intended to be used by hotel guests (just long-term students). However, I got a kettle instead and it was okay for me. I was on 6th floor and there was some weird background sound (from above?) 2 days like someone would used the washing machine all the time

 if you come to Paris for business purposes, but you don’t want to stay in too much expensive and cold soul places this is the right place for you. I loved the room the garden, the reception and fitness center facilities a lot. The staff was very friendly.

I think the only improvement area of the hotel was the choices in breakfast. The breakfast style was too much French what I mean is they don’t have enough vegan options. It’s an international place, so I recommend they could have more vegan options like vegetables, sautés or vegan cakes. I could find only soy milk after I asked.

Nice room, with all the amenities, cleaned every two days. Hotel is walking distance from metro line. Easy to access all attractions of Paris via public transport. Close to super market and eating places. Very friendly staff and nice modern decor and design building. Always felt good to come back to the room and relax after a hectic tour of the city.

The breakfast after few days tends to get repetitive, one needs to be creative to make it exciting start of the day.

Very clean and affordable hotel with everything you need. Lavatory, pool, game room, computer....you can pretty much do anything there and stay for a long time. Conveniently located like 7 min walk from the closest metro station. The staff people are very nice and helpful. The room size was big and very clean. The bed confortable as well.

The only cons are the people staying in other rooms, they were a group of girls really noisy until late and disrespectful of the one sleeping. It happened during two nights in a row.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help and provide advice. The value was fantastic, especially for a last minute booking so for this I would definitely recommend! This was a fantastic find for our first break as a couple!

The location was a little further out than I expected. The description is accurate and it is fairly close to a metro which takes around 25 minutes to get to the centre. It is outside of zone 1 so you can't buy a travel card for this zone alone.

It had the perfect location for our purpose (music festival). The sheets were really soft and the bed quite comfortable! The bathroom was spacious as well and we had a balcony.

They clean every other day and that was okay, but when they did clean they forgot to give us towels so we went to request them and they did a speech saying they didn’t normally clean the rooms, etc. but we were just requesting towels and they made a big deal out of it, I found it weird.

Great location, modern facilities, urban vibe, beautiful courtyard with swimming pool, and the staff is amazing! I had to extend by stay due to a motorcycle accident, and the staff were amazing in taking care of me; bringing breakfast and dinner up to my room, bringing in a comfortable chair and shower support, and just being there for a chat. I don't know what I would have done in that situation if it wasn't for The Social Hub!

Good value for money, considering staying closer to central Paris can be very expensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet despite being a busy hotel. Public transport was very easy from the train station, which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Our first room smelled strongly of urine so we were moved to another room. The rooms are very basic but to be expected for the price.
