We booked a hotel for ease of check in knowing we would arrive late. It worked out well. We didn't know the area around the hotel previously and it was quite nice around the La Defense metro, 10mins walk away. Around 50min walk to centre. Beds were comfy. Room was basic but functional. No iron

We didn't book breakfast with our stay but decided two mornings to eat in the hotel, we paid different prices each time and the more expensive morning had less of a selection available

Very nice hotel, nice staff (especially the lady in red hair at the reception 🥰). Incredibly friendly service in the hotel restaurant (Alyona - a beautiful and very nice lady from the bar service - thanks to her our stay gained light and thanks to some of her great behavior - she will know what's going on 😘) we had a very nice time at dinner. Great and we'll probably meet again next year 🥰🥰

The only downside is Housekeeping, which, despite being labeled "clean me up", didn't. We waited 3 days for the first change of bed linen or towels, then we had to go down to the reception desk ourselves and clean towels and toilet paper.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, she can speak English very well and answered our questions patiently The room was clean, and we got the river view There are 2 parking lots (outdoor & basement)

The location is far from the metro, and it's hard to look for the restaurant nearby

The fact that is was in a quiet area, the rooms were good and almost sound proof, parking was cheap.

Too far from the metro station, but we were aware of that before booking. So no surprise for us there. However, if you search for a hotel close to public transport, it might not be the perfect choice.

The room was clean, towels were changed every day, the breakfast was delicious,hotel also served croissants and various buns. The view from the window on the river, it was possible to see the Eifel Tower.

Old peeled eggs from the fridge for breakfast ( its not difficult to boil fresh eggs, first time such a bad experience in Ibis , which was not even budget Ibis), coffee was disgusting from the mashine with powder milk. Again not typical Ibis level. For price of 70 euro per night out of the center.

The location was close to the office area. Room was according IBIS standards. Breakfast was ok but it became a bit of a mess as there was no space / rack to leave your tray when ready.

The parking place could not be reached due to cues in front of the fuel stations near the hotel. Just one elevator which was in the morning slow and full.

The staff is really nice

The room should be more clean that it is. Alhtough the lady in the morning does her best and we thank her very much but it needs a deep cleaning of the walls and the corners

The rooms are excellent, breakfast was very good and the suite was very comfortable.

I charged 25 Euros extra for checking in early because I needed to freshen up and attend a meeting at 11:00AM

Everything except not stable air condition system (sometime it is hot and sometime cold).
