The hotel itself was nice. Most staff were friendly but I didn’t like one of the staff at night on reception, rude, moody and complained about playing music that wasn’t even loud from 8pm. If this was in England nobody would even dare talk to me like that. I didn’t like him at all, so rude! He kept saying he will call the police, call them and show zero video evidence. I literally am disgusted with his opinions and behaviour, I do not know who he thought he was talking to. I have spent a lot of money with booking.com. He was rude and this will make me question using this site again.

See comment above, very rude member of the reception team on the night shift. Bad attitude and kept threatening me saying that he will kick us out of the hotel for playing music at 9pm. Do not know who he thinks he was talking to. In the UK at his wouldn’t happen!

Location quite well connected, with some bus and Metro service nearby. Shops and restaurants in the close proximity. Rooms very small but with ensuite. Clean. Friendly staff.

We had 2 rooms. One was a very tiny room, so for 2 people that was a bit too cosy. On the other hand we were only sleeping there, so it wasn't really a big deal. 50 EUR per night per person in Paris I guess is not bad with the breakfast 😁

The location isn’t great as it’s a 20 minute walk to the metro station. Bus station is close, but buses are unreliable at night-time.

The hotel is in a very nice area by the river close to the park. The room decor is pleasant and atmospheric. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who were very polite and extremely helpful during our stay.

The rooms are rather small and averagely insulated. I wish there was more choice of vegetables for breakfast.

The hotel well located by the Seine and nice walks in the area. Ask at the reception for the route of the impressionists. Interesting Nature museum nearby and at least two good restaurants close to that. Good supermarket around the corner. Bus for downtown around the corner. The staff excellent and breakfast good. Looking forward to stay there again.

The location was great and the room was extremely clean. The staff was extremely polite and the the view from our room was astonishing.

The Bathroom was right next to the bed , making it a bit uncomfortable

Nice rooms, albeit small. Generous breakfast. The staff, professional and friendly. Location: only 40 minutes walk to Parc Bagatelle, to Fondation Louis Vuitton. The park of the Impressionists on La Jatte in ten minutes walk from the hotel. Safe area. I have stayed there on two occasions and looking forward to stay there again.

Friendly staff, very clean. Good coffee at breakfast. Good for business travel I had.

Missed scrambled eggs for breakfast, as well as minibar in the room. Elevator could have a renewal, but overall liked the place very much.

Booked very late 6pm on the day of arrival and price paid was less than a budget hotel but the hotel was significantly better than that
