Rooms were great.

Breakfast was poor. Very little choice. VERY burnt bacon on both mornings. The staff were not keeping up with replenishing items. I had to ask for milk, apple juice and pancakes as all were empty. We did not have anyone come to table to take a coffee/tea order. We had a much better breakfast at a cheap airport hotel on route!

Very elegant place , great with the Aquamotion access , nice staff , good and comfortable rooms . We were upgraded which was very nice ;) food in restaurant also good but not all of it - onion soup and the fish dishes were really good ! But stay way from the pasta or the chicken ;) The bar is awsome - very interesting decor and great cocktails

Is more like an improvement suggestion : have a small sink by the toilet - the WC was separate from the main bathroom and there was no sink to wash hands there . The pool bar did not have good lunch food options , was noisy and understaffed - would be great to have the main restaurant also open for lunch or even the pizza place.

Everything is amazing. I will hopefully visit again. According to them, the best time to visit is during Christmas ( after 17 dec )

WC issue for Muslims, but you can manage

ski in-ski out, good value for money, cleanliness , spacious room

no fruits and veggies for breakfast; ski room with little heating, gets too cold overnight with minus 12 degrees outside; the only restaurant was closed for dinner on the day of arrival because of “conference “; room service only available during restaurant working hours; on checkout have asked for a ski bag and two bags with ski-boots to be brought to the car park area but was told to go and get it myself; didn’t get a printed bill on checkout, asked for the bill to be forwarded by email but got nothing.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is amazing. The small details: candies at the entrance, the Nespresso machine in the room.. At the Aquamotion, the machine to dry your swimsuit. There is a cinema room and a movie projection every night.

The kids club is very limited in terms of activities during summer. It is more like a daycare.. For a 4 stars hotel, I would have preferred to have a pool dedicated to the clients of the hotel. The Aquamotion is free for the hotel guests but when we arrived at the outdoor pool, there was no space to stay and we couldn't go to the aduls pools because we have kids under 18.

Great breakfast, stylish hotel, comfortable beds, good bath, complimentary water and coffees. Access to Aquamotion was a fantastic plus. Very helpful staff who even phoned us when the room was ready (we arrived early). Good servicing of the room. Nice balcony with sun in the afternoon!

Kettle in room would have helped for making tea - coffee machine water was too cold to make a decent cuppa. No cutlery in kitchenette. Living room would have benefited from another lamp. Pillows not to our taste though they did try to accommodate with a thinner pillow. Bar very very expensive so we only used it once, which was a shame. Restaurant expensive but excellent. Would have been good if they'd offered an inexpensive lunch option but we were nearly at the end of season so I think a few services had wound down.

It was very conveniently located across the street from Aquamotion; it was literally a 2 min walk from my room to the pool. The ski locker room was amazing with individual blowers for all my gear. It was awesome to have basically a private chairlift right outside the locker room. Breakfast was great with alot of variety, and the dining room and space were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. This resort made my trip to Courchevel feel very luxurious and relaxing!

We really liked the service, the personal attitude towards each visitor. The staff happily helped with all our questions. The design of the hotel is impressive, everything is new and stylish. Conveniently, there is access to the aquamation complex directly from the hotel.

My boyfriend had a birthday, despite the fact that I indicated this when booking the room, the hotel did not mark it in any way, although this is strange for the 4star hotel. Also there was no hairdryer in the room.

Modern design of the room is nice and cozy, good space for family, and direct connection to the Aquamotion is the best~ breakfast was also nice and was constantly served until the proper end~

We requested something to the room but the staff, even tho he was very nice on the phone, never came. It was a bit surprising when the dinner restaurant served a well-burnt kids steak but the staff re-served with a better one in the end but it took a while.

Aquamotion is fantastic and we used it every day. wonderful hotel, great room and first class service.
