The reception, service and cleaning staff are all so lovely and helpful - All willing to offer advice/tips too! Thank you! Room facing down the mountain is so relaxing and I slept really well. Some balconies are long and has shared access from the other rooms but you still have your portion so no issue at all. The wood features in the rooms give authentic feel, beds are comfortable too. Access to the escalator that takes you to Ski lift pass office is right opposite and you continue on outside to Ariondaz lift! This is fab! There is also a big lounge in the hotel with board games and TV and big balcony facing mountain. The free mountain bus service stops are right by the hotel also. Popular bar downstairs. Great strong coffee and nice selection of cheese for breakfast. Come out of hotel and turn right… first raclette / sandwich shop you come to is great also. Recommend

More lights on corridor on Level 3 would be nice :)

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful when I lost my bag in Geneva airport. They were able to help me contact and translate and get my bag transported to the hotel while I was skiing.

The location was great, rooms were very quiet, comfortable and clean. Incredible views from the back deck overlooking Courchevel Valley. Wonderful breakfast as well!

Central location, can’t be better. Next to bus stop, opposite tourism office and ski school. We are beginner, plenty of shops to rent ski equipments closed by. Ski lift just right opposite to take you to beginner learning area. Plenty of restaurants around, also a few supermarkets to choose from. The price wasn’t cheap. However, the hotel exceed our expectations on a two stars hotel. It is clean and new. We had a comfortable stay. Also magnificent view from the balcony!

We didn’t receive code to enter the building before arrival. Have to call the hotel but quickly someone pick up. The pub on the ground floor of the hotel is very nosiy. Our room is on the other side, which was ok. However I can imagine it must be really noisy with the street side.

Rooms are large and confortable, they arent só quiet as during the night you can hear things From other rooms. Perfect location in front of moriond ski station and bus stop and many good restaurants nearby

The hotel could make clear That there arent anyone there From 12 tô 16pm. I lost my afternoon of skiing because of that.

The location was excellent, exact opposite from the bus station and the ski lift of 1650. The breakfast was really good considering the money we paid for the room. The room was clean and big and cozy, with a view to the snowy Alpes.

The sole problem was the wifi, it was impossible to connect from our room.

Everything was nice, very welcoming staff, super comfy beds and pillows, a warm and cozy room.

Not much lightning in the bathroom over the mirror for the make-up for those who need it. And maybe would be cool to have a machine to boil the water in the room

The location (for skiing) just across the road from the escalator up to the base lift. And the breakfast was very pleasant.

The wifi was very poor. Hardly any speed whatsoever making it virtually unusable

All the staff are friendly, available when needed and helpful in providing local information. Room is comfortable and clean. Location opposite the ski slope access/lift is a big energy saver.

Excellent location, right across from the ski lifts. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had a shared balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
