There is no onsite parking but this is freely available around the nearby church. The small outdoor pool is pleasant to use and heated to a good temperature.

The bedrooms vary in size. Some have external balconies, some do not. Some have tea/coffee making facilities, some do not Although each room has a telephone for outside calls, inter-room calling is not possible.

Good but relatively expensive breakfast 54EUR for 2. Excellent room service. Really nice hotel staff. Good location for both going to the beach or exploring the town. Everything VERY clean and tidy. Free parking at public area.

The elevator to our section of the hotel was out of service which was an inconvenience. Not cheap.

It's a lovely hotel in an excellent location. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't imagine there would be many better places to stay in Deauville.

There isn't really anything that was an issue. Breakfast needed a gluten-free option, but that's more of a France-in-general thing than the hotel's issue.

The hotel provided us with a staff that greeted us with open arms, had all the essentials for a pleasant stay including an elevator. While the hotel did not have its own private parking, there were plenty of public parking options close by.

Breakfast offered was adequate but have been at hotels offering a better variety for the same or better price.

This is an excellent hotel with great facilities. Just a 10 minute walk into the centre or the beach. But what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff, they were helpful and friendly at all times and went the extra mile to ensure a woderful stay. This is most definately a 4* hotel.

No dislikes at all.

The staff was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. The room was very well appointed and had access to a ground level terrace with outdoor seating. My fiance was very impressed with the spa treatment she received and kept mentioning it throughout our stay.

There was nothing amiss in our stay. Will definitely return.

so pretty, easy walk into Deauville, great variety of breakfast. loved the little balcony & that toilet is seperate from bathroom with in the room, making it easier to get ready!

the app to order food & drinks wasn’t the easiest to understand but reception were lovely at taking requests & bringing to the pool

The room was as requested and very comfortable for ourselves and our dog. The breakfast was very good and we had two family members being gluten-free. The hotel is not too far from the center of Deauville and quiet at night.

The parking is on the street and we always managed to park not too far away from the main entrance.

It’s a very charming building and well positioned in the center of Deuville. The pool is a nice thing to have.

The decor is a tacky, doesn’t feel very luxe. The pool area is small. The staff are not very welcoming or enthusiastic.

Everything! Amazing service, food, spa, comfort, excellent location, picturesque views over the church, streets, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
