Located within walking distance to old town and easy to find. Staff are friendly. Perfect for a quick stop over. There’s private parking available but if there are few big cars parked it is a challenge to park. The staff was extremely helpful and made it a point to guide us into the parking bay.

Although there’s a lift you still need to use stairs to get to the room.We were on the top floor room facing the main road and with a small window open (only source of ventilation ) the traffic was loud and there were illegal racing taking place late at night. it was just too loud to get a good nights rest with window open.

Great parking in the town centre for a hotel of this size, gated parking so secure . Great room, it was a hot day and only 1 fan spoke to reception and got another ASAP 😊 It was a 15 minute walk into the centre which was reasonable, The reception staff for checkin/checkout were fantastic very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel we were only there for 1 night but it fulfilled all our requirements.

All good I did not have breakfast so cannot comment.I had a look at their bar prices and they were very good.

Breakfast was good, high ceilings and big tall windows in our room, element of history to the place, central location, value for money, access code for the door so we didn’t have to return by a certain time in the evening, close to plenty of restaurants, access to wi-fi, warm shower, clean.

Lack of communication that the roads around the hotel were shut due to cycling event. This therefore meant we couldn’t access the pre booked parking. A quick email ahead of event would have been much appreciated. Also check in was very slow, we were stood for a good 5 mins watching the receptionist do something on the computer before we were able to check in.

Room was spacious, quite and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. For some reason we had to wait for an hour to be able to get the room (check in is at 3pm) and communication from the reception staff wasn't great that afternoon. Smooth check out and morning staff was very pleasant and nice.

Broken shower (did not hold in place), very dusty extractor in the bathroom.

Excellent location with a wonderful and unique milieu, helpful staff and excellent parking facilities.

Thé rooms smell musty, no doubt due to moldy old carpets that should be removed or replaced. At least my bathroom had a leaky shower and broken sink drain stopper. Other reviews have complained about the same things, so they are not willing or able to do the repairs.

Breakfast was very good lots of local produce served in a cosy dining room with real fire . Hotel is in a good location in town centre easy walk to all the sights and restaurants. Private parking available which is a real help as our car was full of ski gear, we wanted it to be secure. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet

My only suggestion comes in the parking situation. We had no trouble. But when we called before arrival, we were told that hotel parking is given to folks who book directly and if there is any left, it goes to hotel gues who book through a service. This should probably be made evident up front

Very nice hotel, well renovated, including elevator. Very good services and location. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. Friendly staff and helpful throughout the stay.

The room with exposed beam had a certain smell specific to old buildings but in exchange the architecture was very nice.

Very charming hotel with old style architecture. Wonderful location close to the centre of Dijon. Dijon centre is very beautiful. Secure parking is important, which the hotel has. Hotel fulfilled our request for a charming bistro nearby.

One lamp was broken.

the building is very nice I was told it used to be the post office so they had rooms for the horses and delivery men. lots of original stonework very interesting and close to town centre.

don’t like to moan but the pillows were very hard ….
