We needed somewhere comfortable and clean for our last night before returning home, especially after an awful night at a previous budget hotel. So Best Western was an obvious reliable choice. My husband is experienced in Best Western with work as am I from my childhood and teens travelling with parents. So it's a good go to. We arrived later than planned (9.15pm) and the restaurant still was able to accommodate us for a quick meal. Our girls had lovely children's menu of nuggets and steak haché (a favourite here especially after a long drive) and my husband and I had lovely mains too! Breakfast was excellent and had all options for all tastes and nationalities. The rooms as expected, very comfortable with all amenities needed and expected and we all slept wonderfully. The staff were all friendly and nice. A nice touch was the piano in the reception area which both girls enjoyed playing.

Honestly nothing. The shower in our room had an issue with the temperature gauge but as it was so late nothing could be done about this. I just about managed to get the knob to grip.amd turn down the temperature so it was no longer burning.

The Staff was really nice and helpful even with the language barrier sometimes. But they were all lovely. The room and the bed was really what I needed after a long day of working. I love that there was always fruits at the restaurant.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were too wet. And I think there’s too much breakfast stuff sometimes for a few people. Perhaps they could try do an amount based on the number of guests? I don’t know what is done with left over foods but it would be a shame if it goes to waste.

all good. secure parking for our motorbikes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. breakfast was excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. plus, the hotel is well located.

yet again the air con was an issue. I stayed with three friends, and all of us had issues with noisy air con, in the end we all turned them off and suffered a hot room which disturbed our sleep. I have stayed here a few time (in fact I am again the end of this month) and each time the air con either drips or makes strange noises in the night. and due to the location, an open window lets in too much noise. This is a very minor, but nevertheless irritating problem.

Everything, from checking in to leaving was perfect. The staff were all extremely polite, friendly and very professional. The room had excellent facilities and was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff, again, were excellent, with the restaurant manager being outstanding. She made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was of a very good standard. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Absolutely nothing - everything was excellent.

Hotel is well located, Evreux is a really lovely town, you can easily walk into the town from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was excellent, my wife had Salmon that she claims was the best she had ever had! Plenty of parking, outside is free and I believe if you use the garage it's 9 Euro's.

Our room had a strange "Smokey" aroma about it, not sure what it was, but we could both smell it. And yet again, this is my 3rd visit to this hotel this year, and yet again, the AC was an issue. Due to the hotels cental location, it was far too noisy to have the windows open, but the AC made this really bad, rumbling noise, like a mobile phone vibrating, but much, much louder, in short 2 second bursts. Turn the AC off and it eventually, after about an hour, it stops. Unfortunately, this ruined a good night's sleep. my last visit in September, I stayed with two other friends and both their AC's in their rooms were also an issue.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Évreux. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a large shower. The bar area was very inviting!

The attitude of the restaurant staff was not as we experienced on our last trip. One of our meals was steak and it was inedible! The young guy shrugged his shoulders and took it away. No apology, offer of a replacement or refund. Just a disappointing incident on the last day of our holiday.

The property was very clean and staffs were quite friendly except for a male person who was there during our checkout , was little rude , without seeing the payable amount he was saying to pay but otherwise all things were very good

Need some improvements on the language support for English and also more options on the vegans cuisines

Great location and super easy access -perfect for a walk into town. Welcoming receptionist, warm friendly greeting , efficient very quick check in. Decided to have room service for dinner as we’d had a long journey. The order was delivered very quickly and was one of the BEST room service meals we’ve had anywhere! The room was well equipped and immaculately clean... great shower, separate toilet and complimentary drinks. Outstanding.

Somebody started strimming at 5:30am, probably nothing to do with the hotel but it was directly outside and our window was open. Solution: close the window and go back to sleep.

We stayed 6 nights in Best Western Plus at Evreux and and our stay was most enjoyable. Two features of the hotel stood out. The Staff who were superb, very friendly and always helpful, and the restaurant which was run in a very professional way. Food was excellent and there was always a good choice. The room was very attractive, and comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower and separate loo. Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and would highly recommend.

Very difficult to find any fault. However the air conditioning was a little noisy but apparently this is soon to be replaced with a new system..

Everything other than the serious issue above.

We use this hotel 2 or 3 times a year and really like it. My husband has developed a significant nut and shellfish allergy in the past 2 years and we always make sure we alert the restaurant staff to this when they come to take our orders. During our stay on 29/03/22, despite alerting 2 members of staff a third member gave my husband an appetiser which contained crab. On our previous trip my husband's dessert arrived with almonds on it. Once a person has told a waiter they have an allergy this should be clearly marked on the order so that all serving staff can see it. In the cases of the crab and nuts, my husband could have had a very serious allergic reaction, possibly resulting in death! We hope to see a much improved system when we visit again in August.
