The location is great: in a quiet street but only 5mins by foot away from the Castle of Fontainebleau. The hotel has a free parking. The rooms, even if not too big, are comfortable and equipped with tea and coffe facilities. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are clean. The common areas are very spacious and well organised. The swimming pool, the garden and the tennis court are great. The staff people are very helpful and polite. There is a water dispenser where you can fill your bottles also with sparkling water.

The fact that at the check in they “put on hold” from your credit card, in addition to the money of the room also an amount of money in case you eat at the restaurant. The money will be available again when you check out, if you didn’t have lunch or dine there, but in my opinion this method makes no sense. The organisation of the breakfast was a bit messy. Often there are no cups/glasses/dishes available and you have to ask the staff. A part from this, the breakfast is good and with a good variety of choice.

Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Breakfast spread is relatively diverse, however there were no made to order options (ie eggs). The common areas were had a nice design.

Limited lunch and dinner options at the hotel. There was also limited amenities in the rooms (iron board, hair conditioner etc), and the room carpeting could use refurbishment as it had a bit of a musty smell.

Very kind staff. Many activities are available at the hotel, including board games at the lobby. The pool was heated. So we could swim during spring. Great brunch on Sunday.

Unfortunately the room was too hot some night. The air conditioning wasn't turned on yet in May.

Large room and relatively comfortable place. Good location.

Restaurant at breakfast often ran out of food and was not replenished very quickly. Ate dinner twice. Disappointed both times. The chef has no idea how to cook meat to be tender. Fish he did ok with.

Amazing breakfast. Lots of choice. Great facilities at the hotel for the kids including pool, tennis courts, table football and connect four.

Limited parking when the hotel is full so we ended up paying for secure underground parking.

Quite expensive. No minibar and no service in bar after midnight so if you arrive late like we did you cannot really get any food or drink

The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, located close to the Chateau and city center with many quaint restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly - we were allowed to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The room, though not big, was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Breakfast food selection was a bit limited - some fresh vegetables or fruit would be nice.

It seems that at night some people who are customers of the hotel are parking their cars in the free hotel parking spot. So we had a lot of trouble parking our car.

Very close to INSEAD. Good room, good bad. Free big parking. Friendly people.

Breakfast should be improved. For 1-2 days stay it is ok, but if you stay longer you need more options to choose.
