Great staff. I had to book an extra night due to travel restrictions as a result of the strikes in Paris. The team was very accommodating and offered me another room, that should have been a higher price, at the same rate. I had great conversation with an IESE alumnus at breakfast. Travelers to the residences tend to be folks with which once can have good conversation.

I stayed here in winter and it took a little while for the room to get warm, but extra blankets were already provided in the room and they were enough. The gate/door is locked in the late evening / early morning, so be sure to go to the main door or office to get to your residences if wanting to leave for a morning run or returning in late hours.

The location was good for us to visit the Chateau and the town. The room was comfortable with a desk, chair and electric kettle for coffee and tea. The breakfast was good with do-it-yourself hard boiled eggs and pastries. The hotel had a large outside patio and yard. The yard had a small shed with many toys for children to play with. That was great for my 2yr old grandson.

Be aware there is no lift. We were aware of that and only had small bags to carry up the stairs. One older fellow at the desk could have been a little more hospitable, the other staff were great.

Beautiful grounds. My room was large and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Management present at all times. I was only there for a quick overnight but would definitely stay again. The paid parking was easy and free (but inconvenient) parking is available on the surrounding streets.

Friendly atmosphere and comfortable facilities. The prices were reasonable and the situation very convenient. Car parking was also generous for the size of property in such a central position.

Wifi didn't work, even in the main property. Entered the provided password several times. I was in the small facility at the rear of the property. Without aircon, it would be nice to have had a small fan to help keep the temperature down at night. My colleagues made the same remark about being in the main facility.

We enjoyed quiet second floor room, lovely and quiet with view of the garden. Location excellent nice stroll from centre and Château. Comfy bed

The glass shield wouldn’t open to bath/shower so it made it a little unsafe to get into sloping end of bath to shower. We like to watch a bit of CNN or something in English at the end of the day. For the price we pause for the room we think that’s reasonable

The staff was very helpful, the garden was lovely anda delightful surprise, as was the shorter than expected distance to restaurants and Chateau Fontainebleau.

The lock to my room was defective, of which the staff were aware. Staff were very helpful in assisting me in locking and unlocking the door.

Location is great, especially if you are visiting INSEAD. It is close to shops and restaurants. The room is nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean. All necessary amenities were provided.

We had to pay 70 eur for checking in 2.5 hours before the official check in time. The fee seems a bit stringent.

The hotel has a beautiful garden and our room was quiet and spacious.

The hotel is advertised as bike friendly but its bike storage has room for improvement. It is small and overcrowded, without any proper place to lock the bikes to.

The charm and character, in keeping with the town itself. Also the garden, which would be amazing for kids, the aircon, the bed, and above all the best breakfast ever!

Wifi was patchy but that doesn’t seem unusual in France?

Lovely friendly staff, clean comfortable room. My only issue was that the website didn't properly clarify the bedroom amenities. We asked for a ground floor room because we both smoke but it wasn't clear that the ground floor rooms were actually on the street and without outdoor access except to the back garden. But a lovely place to stay. Just that the website isn't clear enough on room facilities.

It is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. There was a queue for breakfast as the dining room is very small. Other guests were waiting a long time for a table and it's uncomfortable to try and eat breakfast when you know that people are watching you, hoping that you will hurry up.
