The location is perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and pay much less for accommodation. It is right near the underground station and it will take you exactly 30 minutes to Disneyland. The rooms are large, provided with coffee machine and very good cleaning services. The fresh drinkable water on each floor is a big plus. The breakfast was very tasty, but not that many choices. The big minus was the restaurant not functioning during our stay. When you get back to the hotel after a day of eating kind of fastfood in the park, the restaurant is essential. The staff is a big plus in this hotel: they gave us directions, provided all info we needed and gave us good tips for traveling using the underground.

Our trip included 2 days at Disneyland, thats why hotel was perfect for us as the RER train station is only across the street. It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.

The carpet has a strong odor. You can often hear doors slamming. A/C doesn’t have cold air during springtime. Windows too large to be opened fully. Sofa bed is available but is wobbly and mattress not flat when opened.

Very good location (near RER A station Val de Fontaney, 3 min walk to a mall where you can find Auchan store, fast foods restaurants (Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC) and specific foods restaurants (chinese, japanese, turkish) and other shops, the hotel offers for free plate water and carbonised water within Brita water dispenser on the lobby of each floor, very clean rooms, silentios rooms even the hotel is located near the RER station, very polite and friendly staff;

Poor breakfast, the empty plates were filled again only if the staff were asked 😐; entrance of the hotel very ugly (old blue faience similar to swimming pool...considering the entrance into the hotel gives the first impresion, there should be major improvements to be done here), climatisation of the room didn't worked properly (maybe a problem only in our room, we haven't complained this to the reception because we used the room only at night)

Building was functional and room was excellent. Breakfast was well presented. Staff really friendly. Good location near the train station. Great Japanese sushi buffet restaurant nearby.

Renovations in the lobby made arrival less welcoming. Bed a little harder than we prefer. While location was convenient, the surrounding area is run down and not many good restaurants nearby.

upon check-in we were asked for a bank card, which blocked our amount of € 300. It was a condition all over France, according to the staff, but it was not mentioned anywhere by Booking or in the conditions of the reservation, and the reservation itself was paid in advance. Our amount was released 5 days after leaving the hotel, which I consider unfair and incorrect. To keep an amount equal to half of your entire reservation, and for 10 days you can not have your own finances without prior notice, quite disappointing and spoiling the feeling of a good place.

This location is brilliant for all the trains you need into Paris and Disney it is more expensive than other hotels but it's the perfect place to be and right next to a shopping center for food, supermarket McDonald's burger king KFC etc Lovely and clean

Restaurant expensive and bar just take your own in from the supermarket had to complain about kids running in hall way late at night but staff sorted it out very quickly

Staff are exceptional! Caring and attentive, very friendly and kind and made us feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast had enough options for everyone and the fresh, warm croissants and pain au chocolats every morning were a delight! Water bottles were always available for free from the reception. We had 2 family rooms and both were clean and spacious. Uber eats and deliveroo are easily accesible with lots of options and there's a shopping centre just a 2 minute walk away with Mcdonalds, Subway, other restaurants and take aways as well as a Sephora and Kiko Milano! There's also a huge supermarket! The train station is literally a 1 minute walk away and easily takes you to disneyland and all the other paris attractions as well as to the centre within 20 to 30 minutes. I stayed with my 5 year old boy and it was his first holiday so naturally I was worried but everything was perfect. A massive thank you to all the staff!

Hotel Staff was friendly, welcoming and were responding to our needs very swiftly. We felt at home. Location is ideal if you plan travel from CDG airport, visit to Paris city and Disneyland Paris all in one go. If you plan to travel to Paris city only, then is not a very ideal location. The kitchen staff was very friendly and the hotel also serves breakfast and dinner in your bedroom on request.

Breakfast was continental, it was decent, but didnt have too much variety of special dishes.

Clean, have bath gel, kettle, refrigerator, extra locker to keep the belongings even more safe etc.,

Cleaning staff is keep on knocking the door or just like that opening the door to clean or check whether to clean the room or not is annoying. This is not keeping the privacy.
