little noisy if the neighbours aren’t exceptionally quiet. Also never ever been to a place where there is no toilet paper provided, had to go and hunt for a shop in the evening since no reception after working hours. Not sure if it was the concept or just a human error, but not fun.

We spent almost a month at the hotel and each time we had to renew it the host were always prompted to help us. The whole staff is very welcoming. The rooms was pretty comfortable and well equipped.

The location is a bit far from the metro station that takes to Paris, but there was a near RER station for when you can afford paying a bit more on your ticket to Paris. The location was good, with bakery, supermarket and restaurants near by.

Amazing service and good quality for the price. Perfect as a "home base" for a proper city tour of the beautiful Paris! Had problems with our keycard twice (our fault) but were always met with super quick and good quality service. Beds were also surprisingly comfy, perhaps aided by our exhaustion from all the walking around every day haha. The train station nearby also aided to make it a perfect stay for us. Highly recommend the place as a budget choice!!

Cooking area didn't have any mechanical ventilation which made it difficult to cook properly.

Staying in the Paris area when you are on a budget means that you can't stay just round the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. This accommodation was a reasonable walk from the Chateau de Vincennes metro/RER station, and so was easy to reach when arriving from one of the Paris airports, as long as your suitcase is on wheels. The room was pristine, easily large enough and quiet overall. The price was sensible. It's a good base to use when visiting Paris and you're paying for it yourself. The Sunday street market in Vincennes is a great one to visit, and the local shops have everything that you might think of wanting.

There was no problem at all with the accommodation. If you have heavy suitcases, it may be worth organising a taxi to take you from the Chateau de Vincennes metro/RER station to the accommodation.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes of walk from the nearest RER A station. The room was large, with sound proof window equipped with an external rolling metal shutter, a nice table, two chairs, a comfortable bed and a closet with sliding doors. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower cabin was clean and comfortable, it had a plastic floor.

The area is very quiet and calm. There is also a shop, bakery, café, pharmacy in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. It's great to have a well-equipped small kitchen. The accommodation is about 15 minutes walk from the metro (1), about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. We were satisfied with the accommodation, I can only recommend it.

It was difficult for the water to drain in the shower tray, but this will definitely be solved soon.

I like its proximity to the forest of Vincennes. The closest RER A station(Fontenay-sous-bois) is just a few minutes away. Inexpensive and efficient laundry self-service. Washing and drying within 2.5 hours.

The reception is not 24/7. Fortunately there is an emergency WhatsApp contact. Cleaning and changing of towels is once a week but this can be an advantage for some people who do not like to be disturbed.

The location is 5 mins walk from RER A station/Sorti 2&3. TV screen is big enough for the room and good quality to watch Paris Olympics. The beds are comfortable and the fridge is useful during hot weather.

The reception staff works from 9am to 6:30pm and close on Sunday. The breakfast is basic and the breads are not from bakery.

This hotel is located very close to Rer station and it is very easy to get to the city centre. Also, I really liked the cleanness of the bedroom and washroom. In the washroom there was a towel warmer which was a very nice bonus. Our flight got cancelled and the hotel was understandng of our situation and didn't charge us for the nights that we didn't get to stay... Overall, I would go back there next time I am in Paris

The location is perfect! It is around 10 minutes walking to Fountenay-Sous-Bois RER station, so you can easily go to Paris and visit the main attractions. The accommodation is really comfy and provide you the basic in the kitchen for you to prepare meals, if it is the case. The staff was helpful and attentive all the time.

As it was pretty warm im Paris during my stay, I have missed an air conditioning in my accommodation. However the window played its role and everything was fine. No insects were seen any day. If you are a light sleeper, you may wake up with the sound of the RER or people chatting on the streets sometimes, but it is manageable as you can buy earplugs to better enjoy your stay :)
